Life is full of stories; ones that inspire, others that draw out deep emotions and some that trigger a new perspective or draw out your core values and beliefs. Every story shared has an effect on you, has a message which you can choose to listen to or avoid.

Stories are shared through the words you speak, the actions you take and the experiences you have. Your story is equally valuable, unique and worthy, you simply have to believe in the power of who you are, the journey you have been on and the impact you have on others.

From a young age, people have fascinated me, they have opened my mind to the unlimited possibilities life has to offer, taking my imagination to new places and knowledge to new heights.

From a primary teacher who spoke about her holiday plans to Africa leading to endless traveling adventures, to the man I sat and had dinner with in a homeless shelter who taught me the meaning of quality of quantity, my passion for life has been guided by stories. Each story has led me to where I am today, bringing awareness to the forefront, empowering my choices and trusting the journey ahead.

I invite you to take a moment of reflection. Consider a time you have felt changes in your body when entering a new space, meeting someone new and learning something out of the ordinary or a time of familiarity that bought you gratitude. Each of these moments creates a story.

Since becoming a coach my curiosity has risen immensely. The value of listening with intent is one I never truly respected or understood until I learned. It is a skill that once learned demonstrates the utmost respect to everyone you cross paths with. A level of listening to that makes you understand we are all beautifully unique yet, simultaneously connected.

My mission has been to create a platform for the extraordinary person who is ready to share their life journey, a space created for yet led by, the storyteller. The courage it takes to speak openly is one to naturally be admired; however, the honesty and vulnerability each person demonstrates is truly inspirational.

Are you ready to share your story?

A Curious Coach is ready so, whether you are looking to be inspired or ready to inspire, A Curious Coach is offered to YOU. Each episode is guided by three open-ended questions over a thirty-minute, organic and authentic conversation. As a guest, you have the opportunity to decide which direction your story goes in, as a coach I am simply curious to learn more.

Join me twice a month or reach out and say you are ready to share your story.

Remember, your story will inspire others, you simply have to believe.
