In any workplace, it's common to encounter various challenges and conflicts with co-workers. However, it's essential to recognize that your co-workers are not the root cause of these problems. Instead, by shifting your perspective and taking responsibility for your own growth and mindset, you can create a more harmonious and productive work environment.


1. Embrace self-reflection
