Step-by-step instructions
Write out your full date of birth numerically.
Example: July 14, 1984 → 07/14/1984
Reduce each segment (month, day, year) to a single digit.
July (07): 0 + 7 = 7
Day (14): 1 + 4 = 5
Year (1984): 1 + 9 + 8 + 4 = 22 (Master Numbers like 11, 22, and 33 are not reduced further.)
Add the three reduced numbers together.
7 (month) + 5 (day) + 22 (year) = 34
Reduce to a single digit unless it is a Master Number.
3 + 4 = 7
Final life path number: 7
