WeValue AI, a New Era of Property Valuation in the Middle East
Mohamed Ahmed Fouad Amin is the founder of WeValue and WeValue AI, a UAE-based real estate valuation professional, entrepreneur, and author. He writes about property investment, leadership, and the role of artificial intelligence in real estate.
As artificial intelligence reshapes the global real estate industry, WeValue AI is introducing a new approach to property valuation in the Middle East. In this exclusive interview with Brainz Magazine, founder Mohamed Ahmed Fouad Amin discusses the technology behind the platform, its collaboration with Myco, and his vision for a more transparent, data-driven property market.

WeValue AI is positioning itself as a first-of-its-kind platform in the Middle East. What makes it different from existing property technology solutions?
What distinguishes WeValue AI is the combination of professional real estate valuation expertise and artificial intelligence within one accessible digital platform.
Our ambition is not simply to provide property price estimates. We want to change how people understand property value and make investment decisions.
WeValue AI has been developed through a real estate valuation business with professional experience in the UAE market. This gives us a foundation that combines technology with practical industry knowledge.
We position our platform as a first-of-its-kind solution in the Middle East within this specific model, bringing AI-powered property valuation closer to everyday property owners, buyers, and investors.
How does WeValue AI change the experience of buying, selling, or investing in property?
Traditionally, many property decisions begin with asking prices, advertisements, or the opinions of market participants.
We believe a better starting point is understanding the estimated value of the asset itself.
Through WeValue AI, users can enter property details, access AI-assisted valuation estimates, explore relevant property information, and generate reports that support their decision-making process.
Our objective is to make property valuation information more accessible while recognizing that automated estimates do not replace formal professional valuations when these are required.
You recently announced a collaboration with Myco. What is the strategic significance of this relationship?
The collaboration with Myco reflects our belief that technology and digital media can work together to make specialized services more accessible.
One of the greatest challenges for innovative technology companies is not only building the product but also helping people understand how it can improve their everyday lives.
Myco operates in the digital media and content environment, while WeValue AI focuses on property valuation and real estate technology.
We see an opportunity to connect these two worlds by bringing property technology awareness to wider digital audiences.
For us, this collaboration represents an important step toward making AI-powered real estate solutions more visible, understandable, and accessible.
How could the relationship between Myco and WeValue AI benefit users?
Our shared opportunity lies in connecting audiences with useful digital tools and relevant knowledge.
Someone engaging with real estate content may also be considering purchasing a home, evaluating an investment, or understanding the value of an existing property.
WeValue AI can support that journey by offering access to AI-assisted valuation information.
We believe that combining digital engagement with practical technology can create a more meaningful experience for users.
The long-term objective is to build awareness and encourage more informed real estate decisions.
Many companies now claim to use artificial intelligence. How do you distinguish meaningful AI innovation from marketing?
Artificial intelligence should not be measured by how frequently a company uses the term. It should be measured by the problems it solves.
In real estate, AI has the potential to improve the speed of analysis, identify patterns in large datasets, and make information more accessible. But technology must also be transparent about its limitations.
At WeValue AI, our focus is on developing tools that provide practical value rather than presenting AI as a replacement for professional judgment.
I believe the most successful technology companies will be those that combine innovation with responsibility and credibility.
Can AI-powered property valuation help reduce investment risks?
It can support better risk awareness, but no technology can eliminate investment risk.
Property investment involves multiple variables, including market conditions, location, demand, financing, and future economic developments.
AI-assisted valuation tools can help investors approach these decisions with additional information.
Our philosophy is simple: investors should understand what they are buying before focusing on what they expect to earn.
Better information does not guarantee better returns, but it can support more disciplined decision-making.
How important are strategic partnerships in the future of WeValue AI?
I believe the future of property technology will be built through collaboration.
Real estate does not operate in isolation. It intersects with banking, financial services, digital media, technology, and consumer services.
That is why our strategy includes developing relationships with organizations across different sectors.
Our collaboration with Myco is part of this broader vision.
We want WeValue AI to become more than a standalone application. We want it to develop into a connected digital ecosystem that helps users navigate their real estate journey.
Is WeValue AI focused exclusively on the UAE, or do you have regional expansion plans?
The UAE is our starting point and remains our immediate operational focus.
It provides an advanced digital environment and a dynamic real estate market in which to develop and refine our technology. However, our long-term vision is regional.
We are exploring future opportunities in markets such as Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Georgia, subject to local regulatory requirements, market conditions, and data availability.
Our ambition is to create a scalable technology model that can adapt to different real estate markets.
What role do you believe AI will play in the future of real estate valuation professionals?
I do not see artificial intelligence as the end of the professional valuer. I see it as the beginning of a new generation of valuation practice.
Experienced valuers understand context, market behavior, property characteristics, and the limitations of available information.
AI can help process data and support analysis, but professional accountability and judgment remain essential.
The future should be about empowering professionals with better tools, not removing the human expertise that gives valuation its credibility.
Finally, what is your long-term vision for WeValue AI?
My vision is to help create a real estate market in which access to valuation information becomes easier, faster, and more transparent.
I want WeValue AI to develop into a platform that supports users from their first questions about property value through to more informed investment decisions.
We will continue exploring how artificial intelligence, professional expertise, and strategic collaborations can improve that experience.
Ultimately, success should not be measured only by application downloads or technology features. It should be measured by the value we create for users.
We are not simply building an application that estimates property prices. We are working toward a future where informed decisions begin with a better understanding of value.
