Jen Fedorowicz is an energy healer and coach. She holds a BS degree in Education and certifications in Yoga, Reiki and Bio Energetics. Jen’s work is about guiding people to awaken to their true Self. Each one of us is so much more than we may realize or have been taught. Jen is about empowering the individual to understand their innate ability to create a life of joy, abundance and good health. Tell us a little about yourself and how you became interested in energy? I live at the beach with my retired firefighter husband and our 2 doodles, Molly and Stella. I love life and believe we are all here to wake up to the fact that we have so much power to live our dreams. But it was not always that way for me, I was an insecure, self-conscious young woman with a lot of stress. I taught school, had a family and a pretty ‘hamster wheel’ life, like so many people I now work with. I was living for the weekend, or the next vacation. Life was ok, but pretty mundane. I believed that I was a victim to the circumstances of life, and there wasn’t much I could do to change things. Looking back at the sequence of events it was truly synchronicity. I began to study and understand energy.
Understanding energy was an awakening for me, because it woke me up to some deep truths that are true for each and every one if us. I have come to realize that we are all here to awaken to the fact the we are powerful beings and that the dreams we have are meant for us, no exceptions.
What inspired you to create your business jEnergy?
I have always been a teacher at heart. At first I was working with clients for physical healing. The Bioenergetic technique I am certified in releases unresolved emotion that we carry in our bodies. Everything is energy, including YOU and when your energy is not flowing in the most aligned and pristine way it can result in dis-ease. We have an innate ability to heal if we can release the gunk in our energy field from these emotions, as well as the beliefs that we literally carry within us energetically. At first I found my clients were healing from their conditions and diagnoses. Then, a byproduct of the healing, was seeing them step into happier and more empowered lives. So I began coaching and teaching courses to help more people awaken to the truth of who they are.
Could you describe your services and what sets you apart form competitors?
My work is about empowerment. I do not “heal” anyone. I activate a person’s inner ability to heal. I clear the unresolved emotions and align the energy that is truly the “master system” of the body. I then guide the client to continue to tune into this energy and align from within. There are energy healers who work on an individual’s energy. But if you are not provided with the tools to continue on your own, you will always be dependent on someone else for your healing. It is innate within us ALL to heal and create.
So let’s talk about creation for a moment. There are manifesting coaches available everywhere today. I believe the world is waking up to this knowing that we have power to create our life from within. Many coaches are talking about intentions and thoughts creating your life. And this is partially true, but we must understand the energy of the body and how to awaken and align it to truly align with our dreams. It cannot happen solely form the mind.
What future plans or developments do you have in mind for your business?
I am currently working on digital courses teaching these principles and practices. I have also started to work with business leaders empowering them to tune into their energy, as it is truly the most powerful part of you. Understanding that you are the energy, you are not a person with energy flowing through you, is a mental flip. We live in a world where a smart mind is revered, but many of us have not learned to tune into our intuition, the greater part of who we are. As Einstein said, “The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift.” My intention is to guide as many people as I can into waking up to the gift within them. I know it is within us ALL!
