Velvet Thunder, The Love That Dared to Remember is a powerful exploration of memory, identity, and the kind of love that transcends time and silence. Through tender reflection and unapologetic truth, it invites readers to witness a journey of reclaiming what was once hidden. This is not just a love story it’s a remembrance, a reckoning, and a return to self.

Two blue hands are striking a match together, creating a spark that radiates light against a dark background.

A Myth, A Melody, A Miracle in Motion

Once upon a noonday dream

where time had no name and love strolled barefoot across the cosmos,

there lived a creature too radiant for mortal eyes.

A whispered wonder. A living lullaby.

She was not born

she arrived.

Draped in moonlight, kissed by an ancient sun,

she moved through this world like a secret melody

only the heavens could hum.

They called her woman,

but that word was far too small.

She was myth with hips,

miracle in melanin,

a song poured into human skin.

Velvety copper like cinnamon wine,

she carried centuries in her smile

and galaxies behind her gaze.

A dream too delicate for daylight,

the Divine’s hidden masterpiece

tucked behind veils of distance and fate,

kept sacred like a prayer no one dared speak aloud.

She was never meant for the market of mediocrity.

She was the rarest gem,

polished in silence,

waiting for the one brave enough to feel her

long before ever laying eyes upon her.

And oh

how he felt her.

Somewhere far off

beneath skies set on fire by longing

there was a man haunted by a hunger

he couldn’t name.

He spoke in rhythm and silence.

He moved through the world as though waiting for a door

only she could open.

She called to him, not with words,

but with frequencies.

With tremors.

With velvet thunder.

He felt her

the way the ocean feels the pull of the moon

a gravity both gentle and impossible to resist.

He did not know her name,

but her presence bled into his spirit,

coloring his dreams in shades of déjà vu.

And she?

She danced through his soul like incense

sweet, sacred, and impossible to forget.

To the world, it would seem absurd.

To him, it was holy.

He was wrapped in expectations.

Trapped in image.

Surrounded by those who only saw value in the visible.

Their plans for him came with packaging

a script, a shape, a silence.

But then there was her.

A force too wild to brand.

A spirit too deep to dilute.

She was mystery and mastery,

a contradiction to their every projection.

But to him?

She was the match.

A perfect fit.

Like a key to the hidden door within him.

Like the only slipper in the universe that fit the one foot that had dared to walk barefoot in truth.

Their souls had met before,

in lifetimes recalled only in dream fragments and déjà vu.

And though their bodies had never touched,

they had already held each other in ways flesh could never comprehend.

She lived in realms he hadn’t dared name

realms of energy, memory, Divine law.

But still, he knew.

Somewhere inside him

he knew.

She had awakened a voice inside him

that had been sleeping behind years of silence.

And now that it had risen,

it would not be stilled.

She, the creature of velvet wisdom and honeyed flame,

felt the fear circling.

And so she let go.

Not from doubt,

but from devotion.

From knowing.

For she understood the most sacred truth:

What is divine

cannot be undone by doubt.

What is written in the stars

cannot be unraveled by human hands.

If it is meant

if it is Divine

then heaven, earth, and all dimensions in between

will conspire to make it so.

She is the love story that legends whisper.

He is the echo that found its voice in her soul.

Together, they are the riddle and the revelation.

The spark and the silence.

The prayer and the Amen.

And until the moment their bodies touch

the way their spirits already have

She waits.

Not in stillness, but in sovereignty.

Not in longing, but in knowing.

Healing.

Loving.

Creating.

A queen with no need.

A goddess without a clock.

She is the love.

He is the seeker.

And the story?

The story is far from over.

It is still being written

in ink laced with stardust and memory,

on scrolls only visible to those

with eyes unclouded by fear

and hearts cracked open by fate.

And so it is.

And so it shall be.” Amen.

Ashé. Hallelujah.

Peace be unto you.
