Are you stuck in a cycle? You're ambitious, you're driven, and you've got a vision that keeps you awake at night. But let's be honest, shall we? Despite all the work you're putting in, do you still find yourself in the same place? The same revenue, the same clients, the same roadblocks? You're not alone, and it's not your fault. I've been there, and I know the weight of that invisible anchor.

Breaking free from victimhood

For years, I played the victim of my circumstances. Life had dealt me a difficult hand, you can read it in my book, “Hit Me With Your Best Shot” and I used it as an excuse for why I couldn't move forward. But here's the thing: even though society tell you it’s ok, playing the victim got me nowhere. It was only when I took full ownership of my life and educated myself on strategies to move forward that things began to change. Once I stopped boohooing over all of my obstacles and started realizing that I needed to invest in me, I hired coaches for every aspect of my life, and that's when the invisible barriers began to crumble. They were able to guide me in through my blind spots.

The invisible chains holding you back

You see, the struggles you're facing aren't just about business strategies or marketing plans. You may want to think it’s that simple. They're deeper. They're about you—your fears, your limiting beliefs, and yes, your shame. Shame about not being good enough, smart enough, or successful enough. These invisible chains are holding you back from the life and business you dream of.

The foundations of transformation

  • Truth No.1: Transformation starts from within, Yep!!! It's not just about the external factors like your business model or marketing strategy. It's about you, the real deep down into the nitty gritty you! It's about taking a step back and reflecting on your values, beliefs, and behaviors. How are they contributing to your life and business or hindering it?

  • Truth No.2: You need a complete solution. A piecemeal approach won't cut it. You need a holistic plan that addresses both your inner world and your outer world.

Master your G.A.M.E

I've distilled the four areas that have the biggest impact on your life into a complete solution:

  • Inner Healing: Addressing toxic shame and belief systems that have been holding you back.

  • Transcending: Identifying your core values, gaps, and setting achievable goals.

  • Co-Creation: Building a strong roadmap that you will build with me and the creator to use your gifts, talents, wisdom, and vision for the business you’ve been dreaming of. That includes building your pillars, marketing, automation, and team collaboration.

  • Daily Practice: Implementing an action plan that keeps you accountable and on track.

Three steps to break free from victim mentality

  1. Acknowledge Your Power: The first step is acknowledging that you have the power to change your circumstances. You're not a NPC – passive player in your life; you're the director. So, start directing or your circumstances will direct you.

  2. Challenge Your Beliefs: Write down the limiting beliefs that are holding you back. Then, for each one, write a counter-belief that empowers you. Don’t be lazy, do this, it really works!!!

  3. Take Action: Even a small step forward is progress. Identify one action you can take today that aligns with your new empowering beliefs and do it.

Real stories, real transformation

Linda, my client, once told me, "Working with you, I feel that you truly care. You cut through the clutter to help me understand what I need, why I need it, and how best to attack it." Linda is now running a successful online coaching business, and more importantly, she's living a life she loves.

Your path to transformation starts here
