How To Create Lasting Change In Your Life And Step From Pain Into Your Power


Have you ever wondered what is needed to make ch-ange lasting, to change on a deeper level without the ups and downs, the frustrations? What is needed that you can finally get and KEEP the results, whether it’s weight loss, whether it's about showing up in your business as the leader, showing up in your relationships with more connection? What is really needed to change, transform, and improve in a way that is sustainable and part of your lifestyle?

What does transmogrification actually mean?

According to the definition in www.thefreedictionary.com it is the process of complete and usually extreme and grotesque change from one state or form to another.

Mind you that I'm not talking about morphing into another life form as shown in some movies. I'm talking about changing on a deeper cellular level – and yes, this is possible, believe it or not.

Change needs to come from within. It starts with shifting your MINDSET, clarifying your MISSION, and making the brain understand to decide what needs to be done, what MOVES need to be taken. It’s a JOURNEY taking you from where you are, a place where you are shut down, hurting, functioning at low frequency, where you are in real PAIN – physically, mentally, emotionally, yes even financially – to a place you want to be. From being shut down on all levels you go and transcend to a place of POWER where you have a sense of control, choice, flexibility in your movement and your thinking, more freedom and leverage, potentially. In this process, you may even find and define your PURPOSE. I'm not talking about Peak Performance here, I am talking about living at a higher level where you are not focusing on pain (which may have gone by then anyway). You focus on living more congruent with who you really are, with heightened self-belief, trusting yourself and your gut feeling, and in the process you will become unstoppable. Best part? This shift doesn't hurt, does not need surgery nor medication, it is holistic, doable, and sustainable.

I strongly believe that to make change last and permanent you need at least three components, 3 pillars, three things I teach in my PAIN2POWER program. 3 things to get you from pain into a different state, to a different place where you are vibrating differently (we are energy) , where you are received and perceived differently.

Let’s talk about neck and back pain, for example. The majority of the “hundred percent help and fix” processes work on the outside only. They may teach stretching, injections, some specific kind of exercise, strengthening your core aka abs, maybe breathing. Most of these do work to a certain degree, yet they all need constant awareness, you have to be constantly aware of what you do, which is frankly speaking not doable in the long run, it’s simply not sustainable. That’s one of the reasons it’s so important to change from within, at a deep cellular level so that it becomes second nature: the way you sit, the way you stand, the way you talk, the way you walk, the way you pick things up, the way you bend or lift. I think you get the concept.

What IF there was a way this could be learnt so that you didn't have to go through the ups and downs, the failures and short successes, and the frustrations?

How do you transmogrify? How can you make this happen without any surgery, without any chemicals and pills, in a holistic, congruent, organic way?

Firstly, you have to activate your central nervous system and your brain, you have to make sure your brain is AWARE of what's happening. You shift your mindset from focusing on what's not possible to what’s possible, what’s working. You come with an open mind, with curiosity. You also have to experience the moves, do the work. Listening and “trying” to understand the concept of change on a cognitive level only takes you so far and sets you up for failure. IF you really want to change profoundly, if you really want to change the way you move without pain, potentially, the way you think, the way you eat, the way you connect with other people, you have to EXPERIENCE the shift.


Maybe you heard this before – Change your thinking, Change your Life.

Secondly, what is the difference between my approach and other trainers, coaches, other mentors who help people turn obstacles into stepping stones, step out of pain for good, potentially, get rid of chronic physical pain, pain after a stroke, after injury, poor movement habits, poor food choices, probably pain in your relationship, pain even in your finances?

I tell you the truth, and the truth is that there are no quick fixes. Yes, you can shorten the learning curve, but there are no overnight miracles.


We address the WHOLE person when we work together.


I do not tease you by teaching you one thing and omitting mission-critical pieces.


I do not teach you one piece of the puzzle, I teach you a SYSTEM which actually works.

We shift your MINDSET and retrain your brain. Healing starts with thoughts. You will get a different sense and level of self-esteem. You will attract a different quality of people, people who support you and not the kind of people who knock you down.

In the process you will redefine your MISSION, you will be so clear why it's important to do the things you do, why you want to be healthier, why you want to have more money, why you want to get rid of relationships that don’t serve you in a healthy way. You will become unstoppable and regain your sense of purpose

The MOVES I teach are doable. I do not show or teach you concepts which are not doable. You may find yourself with more vitality, with a spring in your step, probably with a smile on your face. You may retain this feeling of youthfulness and joy, something you probably lost as a result of being in pain for so long. You attract people who resonate with you, and maybe for the first time in a long time, you can connect on a more meaningful level.

What differentiates me from many other experts is that I teach the whole system and don’t leave things out.
