Gianna Davis, Holistic Strength Coach

Who is Gianna Davis?

I’m a strength coach, mother, and the creator of Alchemical Strength, a transformational coaching experience that helps people rebuild themselves from the inside out through kettlebell training, Qigong, mindset work, and nervous-system regulation.

Before launching Alchemical Strength, I owned a women’s kettlebell gym for five years. It became far more than a training space, it was a sanctuary where women came to grow stronger physically while also healing, reconnecting with themselves, and rebuilding confidence.

Becoming a mother in 2022 and going through a divorce in 2025 reshaped how I view strength. It softened my coaching in the best way. I realized that real strength isn’t about pushing harder or chasing perfection, it’s about kindness, self-trust, and alignment between body, mind, and spirit. That realization became the foundation for everything I teach today.

What inspired you to create the Alchemical Strength program?

I created Alchemical Strength after years of watching people try to transform their lives through force alone, and doing the same myself. We pushed harder, trained more intensely, and demanded more discipline from ourselves, but the deeper patterns that kept us stuck remain unchanged. Eventually, we hit a breaking point.

Alchemy is the process of transforming base material into something refined and powerful. I believe the same transformation is possible in human beings when physical training is paired with deep inner work, reflection, and nervous-system regulation.

My online program unfolds in three progressive 12-week phases, guiding clients through a powerful season of rebuilding physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically, and spiritually.

How would you describe Alchemical Strength in one sentence?

Alchemical Strength is a three-phase transformational coaching journey that uses kettlebell training, Qigong, mindset work, and nervous-system regulation to help people forge lasting strength and deep self-trust.

Who is your ideal client, and why is this program perfect for them?

My ideal clients are male and female adults standing at a threshold in their lives. Maybe they’re navigating a divorce, a major life transition, burnout, or simply the quiet realization that the version of life they’ve been living no longer reflects who they want to become.

They’re not just looking for a workout plan, they’re looking for a way to emerge forward. Alchemical Strength provides both structure and support. The training builds physical strength while the coaching and reflection help clients rebuild clarity, confidence, and trust in themselves.

What makes your approach to strength and transformation different from other online fitness programs?

Most online fitness programs focus only on physical results. In Alchemical Strength, the workouts are just one part of the transformation. We combine structured kettlebell training with coaching, nutrition guidance, reflection, and nervous-system regulation practices so clients can understand not just how to train, but how to cultivate and sustain growth in their real lives. Strength becomes a vehicle for deeper personal transformation rather than just a physical outcome.

What are the core benefits someone can expect after completing your 12-week experience?

After completing the first phase, The Crucible, clients typically experience significant gains in physical strength, endurance, confidence, and embodied power. But the deeper changes often surprise them. They develop discipline without harshness. They begin keeping promises to themselves. They learn how to surrender to discomfort instead of avoiding it. Many clients describe feeling clearer, calmer, more grounded, and more empowered, not just stronger.

How do you help clients balance strength training with the demands of everyday life?

One of the most important lessons I teach is that strength should support your life, not compete with it. The workouts are designed to be efficient and sustainable, but more importantly, I help clients develop realistic rhythms that work alongside their responsibilities. Many of my kettlebell swings are done outside while my daughter plays, and in the kitchen while I make dinner! Consistency, not perfection, is what builds strength that lasts.

Can you share an example of a common struggle your clients face and how you help them overcome it?

A common struggle is the belief that if they can’t do something perfectly, it’s not worth doing at all. Many clients arrive carrying years of pressure and self-criticism. They’ve started programs before, but when life gets messy, they feel like they’ve failed.

In Alchemical Strength, we work directly with that pattern. Clients learn how to keep showing up imperfectly and consistently. That shift, from perfection to devotion, is where real transformation begins.

What role do mindset, nervous-system regulation, or ancient practices like Qigong and Tai Chi play in your coaching?

They’re foundational. Strength training (yang) activates intensity and drive, but without a softer (yin) balance, it can push people deeper into stress, disease, and dysfunction. Practices like Qigong and Tai Chi cultivate the opposite qualities, breath, flow, softness, and nervous system regulation. Together, they create a powerful balance, strength without burnout, expanded capacity without depletion.

How do you measure success for your clients beyond physical results?

Physical strength is easy to measure. With consistent practice, you simply move a heavier weight than you did before. But the deeper signs of transformation show up in how someone carries themselves in their life. Do they trust themselves more and feel more confident making decisions? Do they treat themselves and others with more kindness and compassion? Do they get discouraged, dissociate and shut down like they used to, or stay more present with discomfort in their bodies and other life experiences? When someone begins showing up with steadiness, clarity, and self-respect, that’s real success.

What’s one thing people often misunderstand about building sustainable strength?

Many people believe strength is built through intensity alone. In reality, sustainable strength is built through rhythm, effort, recovery, and consistency over time. It’s not about the hardest workout you can survive. It’s about creating a process you can stay devoted to month after month, year after year, with meaning, enjoyment, and kindness.

What should someone do next if they’re ready to start their transformation with you?

The first step is scheduling a Discovery Call with me. It’s an opportunity to talk about where you are in your life right now, what challenges you’re navigating, and whether Alchemical Strength is the right next step for you. Transformation works best when there is alignment between coach and client. The call helps us explore that together. And if it feels right, that’s where the journey begins.
