The Empire of Love initiative supports executives, boards and organizations in embracing the idea that Love ultimately governs any evolutionary process. We are three professionals from various horizons who are committed to catalyzing leaders´ and relationship-systems development, expanding consciousness and capacities.
We are blessed to host communities of leaders committed to growing together. The Empire of Love initiative gathers leaders from diverse horizons who share the intention of expanding their consciousness and capacities to create a positive impact in their organizations and communities.
Together, we embark on an inner and collective journey, connecting through our stories, challenges, and unique gifts, and experimenting with new actions.
What we experience is the formation of a community of inquiry and practice that becomes a transformative holding environment for each participant, as well as for the whole system. Our communities provide a platform where leaders can find respite, nourishment, and inspiration, while also learning how to be more effective in their respective roles during this critical time.
Insights from research and practice underscore that personal, individual work is essential but not sufficient during times of significant change.
We need to be in good company to grow. The expansion of leadership is a relational, ecological process.
The current polycrisis, which equally comes with polyopportunity, challenges us individually and collectively to serve the emergence of the good, the true, and the beautiful within our relationship systems. This reality requires deep, advanced work beyond traditional upskilling and reskilling. It engages leaders in self, mutual, and collective inquiry into the essence of their unique leadership style and, ultimately, their whole life journey.
Our explorations bring us to the intersection of restoring and “re-story-ing” ourselves as leaders, honoring the challenges and revealing the resources, energy, and creativity each of us is here to bring into the world.
We hold safe and fertile spaces for this personal and collective unfolding to happen.
In the first modules of the program, we focus on deepening our presence within ourselves and our relationships with others. As we ground ourselves and clarify our intentions for growing together, we co-create the field needed to engage in the work of self, mutual, and collective inquiry into our Selves. This process helps us recognize our habitual, outdated patterns.
In the following modules, we invite each other to the edge of our development as persons in leadership roles. Here, we dismantle old patterns and design new ways of being and doing within our communities. We take great care in attending to the profound integration and transformation that happens simultaneously for each individual and the collective as a whole.
Our relationship system becomes a potent microcosm in which we can learn and practice new ways of showing up to support and inspire each other.
It is a delight to witness leaders’ growth in terms of transformational impact and to see them experience deeper groundedness, resilience, connection with others, and greater joy and inspiration as they serve and thrive within the complexity of their systems.
Our perspective is that when we tap into the essence of who we are, into the source of our power, we reconnect with our leadership as love. In doing so, we become more skillful at honoring our calling and supporting desired change as we continuously evolve within our environment.
Uncertainty doesn’t daunt us anymore, or at least not as much. Instead, we get to enjoy the dance of constant co-creation within the mystery of Life. Not only are we guided by something greater in our service as leaders, but we also become something greater than ourselves. That is Systems Intelligence at play.
In the last modules of our program, we practice this new embodied awareness and these capacities for leadership as love, enabling us to be powerful, caring, and regenerative presences in our worlds.
Experiencing this course allows us to witness relationships, families, organizations, and communities transforming into more just, joyous, and prosperous versions of themselves. This practice is how we grow together as love in action.
