Joseph C. Pledger Jr., EdS, is an accomplished master of the storytelling adventure. Though shunned by world affairs dinner table guests, it became his civic innovation that was sought and bought by justice reform. Thus, “The Microchip” appreciated the wrongfulness of his actions. Human trafficking and exploitation often remain hidden in plain sight, affecting the most vulnerable. This article sheds light on the warning signs, systemic challenges, and the urgent need for awareness, protection, and collective responsibility to safeguard children and prevent harm.

Solved. The Forensics issue concerning the trafficking of those involved with adult fantasy in Northeast Ohio. 'BANAPRO' was a two-woman media relations and glamour photography outfit within Public Square's Terminal Tower. The Avenue at Tower City's bouffant-maned blonde bombshell, Ms. Sandra, and her accomplice, Magnificat H.S. graduate Andrea Vecchio. A local WKYC TV News personality and journalist! The recorded camcorder evidence was obtained during my five-year civic art study between 1995 and 2000.
Ms. Sandra always caught the number 7 RTA bus at East 185 and Lakeshore Boulevard into Public Square. She was the one who photographed little Miss Claudia Galardo (at the Euclid Creek Reservation of Cleveland MetroParks). Little Miss Claudia was featured in Finally Legal Magazine, Barely Legal Magazine, and Teenz Magazine pictorial layouts as “Chiquita Lopez”. Ms. Sandra was also featured in a layout spread entitled “News at Eleven” for 1995’s Sex^ Legs Magazine.
Entertainment lifestyle news personality Ms. Andrea Vecchio was featured on the cover of Cleveland Magazine in 2009. Though they were a mirror, *some Black guy was their shadow. An Avenue at Tower City Center sales lady at Sunglass Hut wrote me up for a later eighty dollar ‘Ray Ban’ sunglasses sale.
A little girl lost, kept playing with “Dirty Harry” Gonzalez
During the 1999 Fall Ohio parochial school term for her Third Grade Day Camp, little Miss Claudia Galardo and I met each other at the Cleveland Health and Education Museum. She attended Saint Vitus on Superior Avenue near East 55th Street. I volunteered to be in the pilot programming to be "The Explainer" or a museum docent. However, little Miss Claudia Galardo was baffled by a mysterious adult male who kept "playing with her". So she asked me. "When was he going to stop playing with me ?!" Asking for his name, she replied, "Dirty Harry"?!
Nearly twenty-seven years later, I can recollect working a uniformed detective’s patrol alongside this Sgt. "Dirty Harry". Back during the month of July 1992, we were 'Pinkerton Detectives' at 'The Avenue Tower City Center'. Sgt Gonzalez had a friendly connection with a CPD Meter Reader. He drove a Buick Classic Regal.
Since I kept getting overnight parking tickets during the graveyard shift, Gonzalez discussed how he could get me out of paying citations anymore. So, I forwarded him my vehicle plate number and description. Though Sgt Harold "Dirty Harry" Gonzalez never got parking citations on those nights, I continued getting them. His connection was only doing the favor for Gonzalez
During the 1990s, Pinkerton Commander Ms. Linda Hollins watched The Avenue at Tower City Center from the detention holding level’s camera control room. During the 2000s, she became "The Jailer" at East Cleveland City Hall. County and Municipal public employee spreadsheets have her name and salary listed. She and I became acquainted.
Once she released me just in time. From self-locking the holding cell, my "voluntary" changeover included a 16-hour double shift pacing of the concourse. The detective's trap was orchestrated by the code handle "506 go,” used by Sgt. James Evans. But never again, as East Cleveland 'Jailer', she had me fitted with ladies pink ribbed handcuffs. She injured me by force flooding the pipes. They all did me dirty. Now they're all gonna get to hurting!
Don't do the crime if you can't do the time, “Dirty Harry”. “So, keep your eyes on the sparrow, " sang Jiggle TV's "Baretta ". Well, well, well, well, well.
Report this to the police immediately!!”, urged Retired Crime Lab Instructor Dan Winterrich, J.D. (FBI / BCI Cleveland Director, from Y2000-2015)
Thanking him for his permission to go ahead with my detective’s report, I connected with CPD Mental Health Crisis Team Leader Ms Emma Borrelli. But she has since disregarded my call for this action! Smh. Had she replied earlier, those four hundred and fifty- one jailbait porn productions (produced by Michael Kahn / "Mike Con" B.K.A. Sheriff Grady of Polk County, Florida) were matters out of her jurisdiction. Cleveland Mayor Justin Bobby just signed “Tanisha’s Law” into effect. Tanisha’s mental health crisis created case law for her troubled unit and her style of leadership. WEWS News Channel 5 Reporter Ms. Sara Carnes is a columnist for Cleveland Parent and appears as “Taylor Rain” in Lost Girl Fanfare. Ms. Sara Carnes was my Spotlight 5 TV Hostess.
