As an intimacy coach navigating the complex world of entrepreneurship, I've tried and tested a number of methods meant to boost productivity and evoke creativity. In my personal experience and that of my clients, none have been as transformative as the practice of sexual energy transmutation; or what I like to call “sex magic”.

This secret, rooted in ancient yogic rituals and even touched upon in Napoleon Hill's renowned book “Think and Grow Rich”, offers a powerful tool for both men and women in business to channel their primal energy towards achieving their professional goals.

It may come as no surprise that sexual energy is arguably the most potent force within us. It's our driving power behind creation, passion, and vitality. Napoleon Hill introduced the concept as energy transmutation: turning sexual energy into other forms of output. The principle suggests that the intense drive we experience as sexual beings, can be redirected to fuel our ambitions, projects, and ventures in the business world. Yet the practice has roots way before his time!

The origins of sex magic

This potent practice actually has its origins in ancient yoga traditions, particularly in the concept of "brahmacharya” (not the easiest word to pronounce, I know). This principle isn't solely about celibacy as commonly misconceived, but is more accurately described as the management of sexual energy. Historically, men were taught techniques for semen retention, believing that conserving this life force energy rather than releasing it through sexual activity could heighten their physical, mental, and spiritual vitality. This practice stems from the observation across various cultures that engaging in sexual activity can often lead to a temporary decrease in energy and focus. This is the reason athletes are strongly advised to refrain from sexual activity before important competitions!

The ancient wisdom of brahmacharya is now well within the grasp of the modern men and women, waiting to be channeled. Our sexual energy, often confined to the world of intimacy, holds the key to unlocking our full potential in every aspect of life, including business. The transmutation of this potent life force can become the most reliable way to enhance productivity and creativity in any field of work. So how can you make it work for you?

Three steps to applying sex magic in business

1. Activating the energy

Before diving into work, take a moment to connect with your sexual energy. This doesn't mean engaging in sexual activity, but rather stirring up that inner power, acknowledging its presence within you. Simple physical movements or visualization techniques can help awaken this energy. The goal is to slightly elevate this force within you without needing to address it physically it can feel like a manageable combination of physical and mental excitement.

2. Directing the energy

Once you've activated this energy, direct it towards the desired task at hand. Whether it's brainstorming a new project, working on a challenging task, or innovating within your business, allow the vitality of this life force energy to drive you forward with clear focus.

3. Keeping the flame alive

After sustained periods of work even after a half hour, take short breaks to reconnect with your sexual energy. This could look like some light movement, a short walk or just five minutes alone to meditate; whatever feels right for you. This practice keeps the energy alive and aligned with your work, potentially leading to significant breakthroughs in your productivity and creativity.

Embracing your power

This journey isn't just about maximizing our professional potential; it's about recognizing and leveraging the most powerful force we possess! Our sexual energy, when mindfully directed, can be our most powerful tool to unlock incredible levels of creative output. It’s all here, hiding within.
