Executive Contributors at Brainz Magazine are handpicked and invited to contribute because of their knowledge and valuable insight within their area of expertise.

Who do you know that’s so multi-talented, gifted, and skilled that you admire them both personally and professionally?

That person who is successful at everything they turn their hand to, is popular and seems so cool and together?

Aren't they simply inspiring! How do they do it?

There is a simple key to living out your dreams peeps.

Do what you say. It is a very powerful and potent principle.

Despite any hurdles in her way Jacinta Ojwang (nee Jacinta Conroy) is one of these bright, shining, guiding stars who holds a light up high for those around - illuminating the path towards a better life. She gives of herself 150%, well maybe 101%, and slips back to 99 % now and then to recuperate. Smile.

This list is just a few of the amazing things she has achieved, and she is only 41.

  • Devoted to children's wellbeing, having fostered over 40 children.

  • Coaches, integrating aromatherapy, sound healing & more.

  • Meditation and sleep solution recordings for children and adults.

  • Runs the ‘The Confident Mama’ program skilling parents with tools for all manner of parenting problems.

  • Mitigates frustration and hair-pulling by parents with children who may have challenging or difficult behaviors.

  • Home schools her teenage daughter; raises a toddler too.

  • Creates children's music and movement programs for both institutions and her own private business.

  • CEO of Inner Peace Collective, her entrepreneurship with a suite of programs for individuals, children, and families.

  • Teaches Violin, took teams of children to perform at the Opera House, Sydney, Australia.

  • Performs therapeutic Sound Baths for healing, relaxation, and soothing physical pain. (Well, that's been my experience).

  • Volunteered for a Youth Program in Kenya, Africa, aged 22.

  • Met and married her love, a Kenyan guy, of the same origins as President Obama, some say. Antipas is certainly intelligent enough to be!

  • Fundraised $425,000 single-handedly whilst living in a regional area of NSW Australia. This was to meet the needs of orphaned children and families in poverty in Kisumu, Kenya for Suluhisho Inc. Well, perhaps she had a little help from friends and family, but you get the picture.

  • Obtained land and built a charity-based school for Suluhisho Inc.

  • Volunteers traveled with her to Kisumu to help build and care for disadvantaged families.

  • Established a farm, with the aim to be self-sustainable to provide food and income for overseas also.

  • Ran an environmental, community-based program for the unemployed in regional NSW Australia.

  • Built greenhouses, grew fresh vegetables and supplied locals.

  • Runs classes for women making their own cleaning, skincare, and personal care products for health and savings.

  • Inner Peace Collective new signature program development, ‘Play & Children's Behavioral Therapy.’

At the same time as meeting the needs of others, charitable and otherwise, Jacinta undertook university and other training as a coach, counselor, hypnotherapist, child play therapist, and more.

How does she do all this and at the same time succeed in her beautiful wellbeing projects for those around her?

Let me tell you her secret!

She is a go-getter, acting on what she sees as the pressing needs in her community both locally and globally.

With integrity, she follows through and does what she says.

This is the key to living out your dreams peeps. Do what you say. This is a very powerful and potent principle.

To get this inside your psyche, consider this. If you tell yourself you will do something and do it, hey presto, you believe yourself!

If you continually say to yourself and /or others, you will do such and such, and you never succeed... likely, you are not doing the small stuff. Your own self starts to doubt your own word.

The subconscious is a very powerful human tool for manifesting what you create in life. It doesn't know the difference between what you imagine and what is real. Put simply, it gets messages. So the type and quality of your messages are all important.

Be clear in your thinking and in what you imagine for yourself. Act with integrity. This is what the law of attraction is all about. It's what underlies manifesting your dreams and more.

Do you know what happened to the person who got everything they ever wanted?

They lived happily ever after! So can you. Bless.
