A few days ago I was caught in an unexpected conversation. I was interrupted by a stranger who told me a story, followed up by a few questions. It took me to the thoughts I decided to share in this article.

The story made me think about something else, something much bigger than that particular case. I was thinking about why some problems exist and if it is possible to solve them once and forever. I was thinking about how typical it is to drown in problem-solving, without even trying to lift the eyes and try to understand the bigger picture, to break the vicious circle.

I was thinking about how the right type of questions can take one to the root of the problem. Asking the right questions, moving the situation from the consequence level to the cause level, is an amazing process.

I cannot emphasize enough the importance of staying open-minded and curious, to ask the right questions, analyze and optimize. It seems to be very natural and crucial to some to reach desired results, both in business and in other aspects of life, and for many others ‒ not so much...

I love seeing that sparkle in human eyes ‒ the clear sign of getting the point, waking up and understanding what really matters; what is the cause and what is the consequence, what makes sense and what doesn’t. Oftentimes, this process gives one a great chance to transform the situation, to solve the problem and take the next big step into a brighter future, or sometimes even save life.

Another important detail in this process is addressing the right questions to the right people. Keeping it relevant. Finding the real answers, which have the transformational power, not just the answers which tend to turn into being placeholders in one's informational space, eating up time and creating a distorted reality with wrong perception and false expectations.

Asking meaningful questions and getting meaningful answers is crucial ‒ at the right time, alone or by getting in touch with the right people, who can really help one to get an in-depth understanding, to take action and change the outcomes.

Search for your answers.
