A Dynamic Career is about utilizing opportunities and evaluating a successful career from it. It's about being able to adapt and be flexible on new opportunities that may arise or new interests you want to pursue. It involves a good plan and analysis on your goals and how you want to achieve them. This analysis helps you grab the right opportunity at the right time.
A Stagnant career has no growth.
In a stagnant career, you're not developing new skills or challenging yourself to reach bigger life/professional goals. You're not giving yourself the chance to face new roles and responsibilities in a stagnant career.
