There is nothing that trauma won’t poison. It will creep into every organ. You will breathe it into every conversation, it will seep from your fingertips to poison every single thing you touch, and if you wait long enough, it will kill you. How do I know? Because this isn’t a story, it’s my eulogy.

This is a tribute to the deceased

‘Nikky was a good girl. No matter what happened she never complained much. She worked hard, but I suppose she had to. She never really stood a chance after she turned 4. Her life force was claimed along with her virginity by the predator assigned to the job. She died inside, but it took her body quite a long time to catch up. The cult ran a well structured and valiant campaign throughout her childhood, but surprisingly were unable to break her stubborn mind, so it was important to ostracise her. Born to a weak, broken father and a vengeful bitter mother she remained mostly unnoticed, despite rising to academic heights and showing signs of creative prowess. As the poison seeped from subconscious to conscious she diluted it with alcohol. The last 10 years were quite pitiful really, there wasn’t much life force left at all. Mostly she just lay in bed and prayed to die. I suppose she couldn’t walk, read, write or even speak properly by that stage, and then there was the constant all consuming pain. As is a tale, so is a life.’

We all have a story

The things that happen to you stay with you and shape your life. I spent ten years mostly bed bound in daily excruciating pain as one by one I lost everything. My health, income, home, mind, friends, family and freedom. But it was all worth it!

I needed to withdraw energy from that version of me so that she could die. I needed to begin again.

Death and rebirth

You see it was all leading to this one glorious moment. The moment of Death and Rebirth.

Let me tell you more about that.

After 10 years and chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, lyme diseas, ms, arthritis, shingles, bells palsy, mold, thousands of dollars and every medication produced by the pharmaceutical industry, the trauma finally caught up with me. On life support with meningitis I farewelled family, accepting the reality of my death. I didn’t know it then but even the skull imploding pain was a gift as it forced open the vault into which I’d locked the trauma of the sexual abuse all those years ago.

Feeling and acknowledging the trauma was the start of healing

This was the start of my healing. As this poison bubbled to the surface I began to understand the interconnection between energy, emotions and physical health. I had a vision of my lifeless body breaking down beneath the earth, and accepting this I prepared to die. Then I noticed something strange; there was a light in my stomach, pushing my decomposing corpse upwards and tiny flowers sprouting from the decay.

The old me died and I was reborn

Nikky died that day. The woman who had no self confidence, who lived in deep depression, crippling anxiety and excruciating pain and fatigue was gone. Nicoleen rose up victorious. Over the next few months I came into alignment with the information I needed to heal my body naturally. I went on to release toxic energy and became an energy healer myself. I created my 1:1 coaching, the Phoenix Program, to teach others what the archangels have taught me so they can be reborn too. I painted this vision so that you could learn your human form is transient, but you are an eternal soul, and all the pain is actually compost for your souls growth.

It’s time to love yourself back to life

Choose to let the old you die, and be reborn. You can create a whole new life that fills you with joy and fulfilment and purpose, just as I have.
