SPARRK Life Coaching Invites 5 More Women to Join Final Beta of Menopause Empowerment Programme

SPARRK Life Coaching, a women’s health coaching business founded by medical doctor and certified menopause coach Dr Magali Collonnaz, has opened the final places in its Menopause Empowerment beta programme, inviting five more women in peri-menopause or menopause to join the 4-week online small-group cohort starting 16 March. Priced at £200, the programme is designed for women who do not want HRT, cannot take HRT, or have tried HRT and are still struggling, offering structured, medically-informed support focused on practical implementation rather than generic advice.

Three women joyfully walk along a sandy beach, wearing colorful clothing. The ocean waves and cloudy sky create a lively, carefree setting.

“I built this programme because I experienced the gap myself,” said Dr Magali Collonnaz, Director of SPARRK Life Coaching. “Breast cancer pushed me into early menopause, and HRT was not an option for me. Even with medical training, I had to figure out how to manage anxiety, sleep disruption, hot flushes and loss of confidence in daily life. That experience shaped everything inside this programme.”

The 4-week beta includes four live group sessions (two hours each), one month of fortnightly live Q&A sessions after the programme ends, weekly handouts and symptom trackers, an anxiety toolkit, and access to a private community for support between sessions. Participants receive a clear understanding of what is happening in their bodies, alongside structured lifestyle and mindset strategies designed to reduce anxiety, stabilise sleep, calm flushes and rebuild confidence.

Women who have joined previous cohorts have described the programme as unexpectedly practical and engaging, sharing feedback such as, “I didn’t expect this from a menopause programme. It’s so interesting.” and “I love how many practical exercises we did.” The programme combines targeted lifestyle strategies with structured cognitive techniques such as anchoring and pattern interruption, with a strong focus on showing women what to do when symptoms hit, and how to reduce their sensitivity to stress and hormonal shifts over time.

The March cohort represents the final beta phase before the programme expands into a full 8-week experience at a higher price. Beta participants will receive 50% off the future 8-week programme upon launch, allowing them to complete both for less than the cost of the final 8-week programme alone. Enrolment and free discovery calls are available here.
