My expressions—whether conveyed through words, thoughts, or inner dialogues—serve as a genuine reflection of who I am. I embrace life as an adventurous exploration, delving fearlessly into the mysterious wonders of what it truly means to be human. I view myself as an integrated entity, refusing to separate business, art, and personal spheres—they coalesce into a harmonious whole.
Positioning myself as a subject of experimentation, I am engaged in an ongoing quest to unravel the intricacies of human nature. My multidisciplinary approach encompasses art, science, philosophy, neuroscience, empathy, and mindfulness. Through extensive study and research, I've come to the realization that the roles we routinely play in our daily lives constitute an absurd theater, lulling us into a profound slumber. Stepping beyond the confines of this theater of absurdity, we are confronted with the harsh truth and the awe-inspiring inquiry into our identity and purpose.
In this exploration, I assert that inherent genius resides within each of us, yet only a select few are willing to take the transformative leap, propelling humanity toward a brilliant and unified future for the greater good.
What is your most distinguish characteristic?
My most distinguishing characteristic lies in my ability to conceive and give birth to authentic ideas, a trait I have possessed since as far back as I can remember. I earned the title of the youngest Greek writer ever by crafting a book at the age of thirteen, a process that compelled me to create my own vocabulary to articulate the ineffable. As I ventured into the realms of acting and directing, a pivotal moment occurred on stage, leading to the inception of the Supraconscious theory and method. This profound revelation, a moment of absolute bliss and a recognition of human potential, felt like a connection with one's divine self. It was a realization that beyond societal norms, there exists a perfect, powerful, and free spirit within each of us.
My creative endeavors are a testament to this concept, as I've witnessed firsthand that guiding individuals through a transformative journey enables them to shed societal masks, discover inner peace, and conquer the fear of death. The fear of the unknown, inherent in both birth and death, keeps humans entrapped in a false identity, regardless of their socioeconomic status or educational background. Overcoming these primal fears not only liberates individuals but also opens the door to profound discoveries.
As both an artist and a transformative mentor, what should clients expect from the guidance you provide?
Let me begin by explaining that, while I always recognized my identity as an artist, the role of guiding others on a journey of self-discovery was not something I initially anticipated. Artists, throughout history, have been at the forefront, offering solutions to problems with a holistic approach that combines heart and mind. Their dedication to their craft, delivering masterpieces to the world, is both genuine and courageous.
Escaping the profound became inevitable for me. I convey the most recent insights and knowledge onstage through acting and directing, and offstage by offering mentorship. In my work, I've identified five paths of discovery: the artistic path (heart), the scientific path (mind), the physical path (body), the meditative path (spirit), and the consciousness path (soul). Employing the Socratic method, I guide individuals to uncover answers to the questions posed to them. Through this process, they delve into the subconscious, exploring their dynamics and unlocking their infinite potential.
Whether through individual or group mentorship, my approach remains unique for each participant. Recognizing the diversity among individuals, I refrain from providing standardized modules and techniques. Instead, I offer new knowledge shaped on their personality that empowers them to discover who they are and create their own worlds.
Who is your ideal client, and what is the best way for someone to contact you?
A friend familiar with my work once suggested that my target audience comprises individuals who have ventured onto the consciousness path, as others may not be ready for it. While she makes a valid point, I am also an avid believer in the immense potential of the mind. I firmly believe that making a clever choice at the right moment has a profound influence, shaping our lives forever. Achieving a supraconscious state is indeed a matter of choice.
My ideal client is someone grappling with unanswered questions about their identity, experiencing discontent in certain aspects of their life despite numerous psychotherapy sessions, and seeking to unearth their inner creator. If you resonate with these aspects, feel free to reach out.
I prefer connecting with people on a personal level, so I initiate introductions and conversations through Zoom calls. I don't adhere to traditional mentorship; rather, I see our interactions as a collaborative exploration of untapped potential. I view us as equals, both on a journey of discovering new possibilities. My aim is to facilitate the emergence of a brilliant mind, one that I can be honored to have assisted in uncovering unexplored authentic paths within themselves.
Tell us about a pivotal moment in your life that brought you to where you are today.
I was born in Greece, a country celebrated for its food, sea, sun, entertainment, theater, that laid the foundations for philosophical thought that has profoundly influenced the entire Western world. My cultural roots, the wealth of knowledge passed down to me, and my personality equipped me with the tools to become a pioneer of ideas. However, despite the allure, Greece didn't feel like the right fit for me.
With only a few euros in my bank account, navigating the challenges of raising two teenagers as a single mother, and accompanied by my dog and two cats, I made a pivotal decision to relocate to the USA. This choice turned out to be the most crucial one of my life. It provided the platform for my work to gain the recognition it deserved, allowing me to share the Supraconscious You concept globally. My book “Supraconscious', The Genius within You” became an Amazon bestseller, featured in New York Times magazine and on Nasdaq Billboard in Time Square, and is now evolving into a Netflix documentary series. Though challenging, this decision was paramount, not only for the success of my work but, more importantly, for securing a promising future for my children and myself.
Do you have any additional thoughts or insights you'd like to share?
One final thought to share is my profound affection for actors. My exploration of consciousness and appreciation for human nature began through my experiences as an actor. Consequently, my work is specifically dedicated to actors. I provide the Supraconscious Artistic Mastery program tailored for actors, performers, and creators and the Living Mastery for entrepreneurs, educators, youth, parents, everyone in the book “Supraconscious', The Genius within You” and the Supraconscious You app. I firmly believe that this demographic possesses the potential to propel Supraconscious into a new era of success within the artistic industry. Through their art, they can effectively communicate the ideas of a new thought or the dawn of a new era for humanity. I am eager to collaborate with actors who share this vision.
One of my future aspirations involves advancing my research by inviting neuroscientists to study the neurological shifts in method actors' brains as they transition from their own identity to that of a character. This endeavor aims to offer fresh insights to both scientists and the broader world, shedding light on the essence of the human experience.
