Merging Into One Living Organism

This article delves into the concept of merging and liberation, demonstrating how these seemingly paradoxical forces can coexist to create a new, self-organizing living organism. It explores how this powerful dynamic plays out in various contexts, from personal relationships to organizational transformations, unlocking deeper creativity and relational value in the process.
Are merging and liberation compatible?
We, humans, are gateways to dimensions. We can create another human being, an idea, a new family, a group, a business, a community, a relational reality, and so on.
In the same way, an individual plant is not the garden, when we acknowledge the greater dimensions we belong to, and we are Being Held by, we are liberated.
Anything we conceive is charged by the self-organising principle of Life Force that is present across the Universe. When we pause to set an intention for what we create, we set our stance as co-creators with the Universe itself, which responds accordingly and “ lands “ into what we conceive.
What we conceive is a living organism with its own memories and life journey, and it responds accordingly to its surrounding environment.
Whether we are aware or not, anything that was created in the past also carries its initial spark across generations. When we engage with it consciously, a new level of relational possibilities opens.
An unexpected turning point
A few years ago, I was exploring clarity for an individual’s tense membership in an organisational field. As soon as we enquired the organisation’s energy, it started distancing itself from its founder to move closer to the member looking for clarity.
The founder would not engage in the reasons behind this movement. Immediately after this watershed moment, the organisation’s energy moved next to the person looking for clarity to start a spontaneous, silent merging of energetic fields that lasted for a few minutes.
Being practised in our circle, what we witnessed was the Tantra Circuit. This time, instead of manifesting between humans, the merging happened between human and non-human life forces, creating a new hybrid living organism.
Liberation merging into one living organism
What happened in the following days and weeks left us stunned by the level of liberation and spontaneous self-organisation that resulted.
What our divided mind would see as a paradox, in nature, is a harmonious reality: merging and liberation are not just compatible, they underpin each other.
The whole system started upgrading itself. We saw it rewriting its own new purpose, and it started presenting it to the existing members. Waves of resonance started moving within and across individuals, departments, functions, and silos to eventually harmonize as one living relational body.
This unlocked a “spread of weight distribution” that led to the organic creation of more relational value. In my work, I also include as a foundation into relational containers access to the Earth dimension. This restores a liberating resonance to Earth consciousness for scale reintegrations, processing and new creations at One with the Earth capacities.
This expands capacity to attend to a much deeper emergence to drastically reduce being in a state of emergency. Two Earth capacities possible to tap into include: MoltenGaia for transformation at scale, and Earth Transducer from South Africa to access creativity beyond our conscious awareness.
This level of creativity, belonging and liberation is possible to be replicated in its hybrid forms also to anything else we humans conceive: groups, communities, governments, businesses, departments, projects.
Services I offer can be delivered through humans, immaterial relational containers anchored to Earth resonance, and systemic elements of space design that channel systemic energies of belonging. I also work with internal catalysts and third-party contractors.
