This topic has been a game-changer in my own life and even for my clients – the transition of transformation. As a business owner, you have likely realized that as you grow, your beliefs have to change, but the problem is walking the line between the old belief and the new one. Buckle up as we explore how to move from merely knowing with your head to deeply feeling and owning your beliefs.

Levels of knowing: It's deeper than you think

Think of belief as a spectrum. On one end, there's knowing with your head, recognizing evidence, and saying, "Yeah, I get it." But there's a profound shift when you move to a deeper knowing – where you not only understand but also feel and own it. This transition is vital, whether you're growing a business, transforming your health, or navigating personal relationships.

The health journey: Beyond understanding

Reflecting on my health struggles, I realized knowing about the mind-body connection wasn't enough. The Transition of Transformation was at play – understanding on one level but not fully experiencing self-healing. Your results are a direct reflection of your belief, and this applies universally – in business, relationships, and health.

Relationships: Beyond surface-level love

Even in relationships, it's not just about knowing you're loved. There's a deeper, secure knowing that requires a shift in your belief system. It's the space between thinking you know and truly understanding at a grounded level – the Transition of Transformation.

Ditching the unicorn act

Many throw in the towel during this transition, citing a lack of evidence. "I've tried everything," they claim. The reality is, if you're not getting results, it's likely because you do not truly believe it's already done – the unicorn act, “I’m different and that process or system won’t work for me,” won't cut it.

Navigating the river of misery

This in-between space is where doubt and denial reside. It's the challenge of recognizing when you slip back into disbelief unconsciously. This is crucial – the space where you oscillate between what you want and what you don't want.

Three key elements: Energy, essence, and linear time

  1. Energy Work: Clear what you're not to tap into your true potential. If you've been struggling for years, it may be an unconscious story hindering your progress.

  2. Essence, Consciousness, and Awareness: Most live unconsciously. Recognizing when you say you don't want something but continue doing it is pivotal.

  3. Linear Time: While energy moves instantaneously, linear time requires patience. The results are already on their way, but the disbelief during the waiting period is the Transition of Transformation.

Practical steps: Belief, patience, allowing

  1. Practice Believing: Shift from disbelief to belief. Act as if it's already happening. Interrupt the doubt and come back to belief.

  2. Grow Patience: Linear time may challenge your belief. Patience allows you to wait for the results to catch up. Disbelief pushes your desires further away.

  3. Practice Allowing: Notice the problem, ask for the answer, and allow it to come to you. Don't negotiate your belief – this is the transition of transformation.

You are the creator

Your beliefs shape your reality. Your thoughts create feelings, feelings drive actions, and actions generate results. If you're not getting what you want, it's because you don't truly believe it.

Recognize the power you have in creating your life.

Conclusion

The Transition of Transformation is the space between disbelief and belief, between what you are and what you are not yet. Embrace this journey, shift your beliefs, and step into the magic of becoming a true believer. You are the creator of your life – make it extraordinary.

Remember, if you're in the midst of change, experiencing this transition, keep practicing belief, growing patience, and allowing. Your magic is within reach. Step into the More Than Mindset space, explore beyond the thinking mind, and transform your life. Have a transformative week!
