My name is Morena Nicoli, I am 37 years old, and happily in a relationship with Marco. Together we have a wonderful daughter named Moira Isabella. As an entrepreneur, I have been running the largest and most successful yoga studio in the canton of Aargau for almost six years. In 2019, I published my first book and began working as a trainer. I have conducted numerous trainings for yoga and Pilates instructors, guiding them on their path to becoming yoga teachers. Additionally, my partner and I founded a real estate company that sells German properties to Swiss clients. I share my story to show you that anything is possible in life.

“Fulfillment seeks true needs.” – Morena Nicoli

Until I was 18, I played football and had little interest in yoga and health! The only constant: enjoying movement in nature over closed spaces. Nature is an indescribable source of energy, with the four seasons reflecting our changing needs. As winter approaches and days shorten, our bodies crave rest and sleep. Retreating, relaxing, and cuddling up is perfectly fine during this phase. The art of letting go must be learned. Not losing sight of your goals and listening to your body’s needs is the foundation of success.

Unconsciously, I practiced the eight limbs of yoga, which I only fully understood during my yoga training. This knowledge positively influenced my actions and behaviors, allowing me to find and follow my path successfully.

After football, I took various dance classes and quickly noticed my lack of flexibility. I often had migraines, neck tension, and various aches. Office work worsened my vision, making me wear glasses. My doctor discovered severe scoliosis, leading me to physiotherapy.

Pain, a part of yoga, became a guardian of my health. Through pain, I learned to listen to my body and understood the need for change. I was convinced I could lead a pain-free life. My physiotherapist, Romy, introduced me to Pilates, and I attended her classes up to five times a week for five years. Romy, now my best friend, and her daughter Celina, my goddaughter, inspired me greatly. Romy loved yoga and helped me achieve significant flexibility, even performing a split within three months.

In pursuing my goals, I learned the importance of discipline and not giving up. Believing in yourself and following through with trust and self-discipline is crucial. Life’s ups and downs are opportunities for growth. “Changes come only through the courage to change.”

During my Pilates and physiotherapy journey, I ended a toxic relationship, attended a philosophy seminar on partnership complexities, and deepened my knowledge in hypnotherapy and psychology. Despite setbacks, I continued to explore new paths, such as pole dancing, until an injury forced me to stop. These experiences taught me the importance of letting go and finding new directions.

Training with a friend, Natalie, reignited my passion for fitness. Her encouragement led me to pursue Pilates training, where I met an inspiring instructor who saw great potential in me. Her words and the power of inspiration fueled my determination.

Opening a studio in Schöftland allowed me to balance work and family. Today, my studio operates seven days a week, offering over 20 classes with a dedicated team. I also launched an online shop for sports, beauty, and lifestyle products. My journey emphasizes the importance of self-belief and visualization. Despite life’s challenges, I remained committed to my mission: inspiring others to pursue their happiness and well-being.

In 2025, we will resume our yoga teacher training programs and host retreats around the world.
