Life is full of mysterious surprises from the great unknown that most of us are afraid to get our feet wet. We are afraid to even explore unfamiliar territories. But the saddest part is we are too afraid to even trust ourselves in our own decisions. Trust is the defining factor of every decision we make. It shows in our actions whether we fully trust to permit ourselves to believe in our dreams.

Silhouette of cheering woman hiker open arms at mountain peak.

We doubt and cling with so much faith with fear that we wait so long like as if life can afford to wait when tomorrow isn’t guaranteed. It is like we have to wait for someone’s authority with a white coat to tell us or dictate to us what to think instead of learning to trust ourselves, and how to think for ourselves even though the “what ifs” in life are not according to what we expect.

We only get stuck when the frequency of trust is not even on our radar of the mind to project into a reality. We only get stuck when we are too afraid to trust in our truth or create the truth of choice we truly want to live by.

Trust to have the courage to step forward, especially in the great unknown of uncertainties. We are so conditioned in this world to think of being a consumer of fear, instead of being the creator of our destinies.

We weren’t taught about courage or resilience in school.

We weren’t taught about trust.

We weren’t taught about love.

We weren’t taught about financial freedom.

We weren’t taught about healing.

We weren’t taught about how to regulate our emotions.

We weren’t taught about appreciation.

We weren’t taught about the simplest concept of kindness and that all these essences of natural elements we have deep within our hearts as human beings, but yet untapped and unused or not activated nor cultivated.

Dance with the idea of progress is better than waiting for the progress to happen. Dance with the idea means grant and put yourself in the spot to reach out and grab the opportunity the courage to the life that is meant for you to build a foundation that aligns with your north star.

We weren’t here to be just a by-product of fear to consume the comforts of a complacency lifestyle when our soul starves for true growth, and a meaningful life with purpose, values, and in-depth substance.

Life is full of blank pages to create the truth of the trust journey we are here to create. The creation of values, strengths, and purposeful life is worth the pursuit of true joy and love.

So, my question to you is, when was the last time you granted yourself the choice to take courage in things you always wanted to do but made lots of excuses, and is now the time to create a priority like your life can’t afford to wait another year for it again?

When will you grant you?

When will you grant yourself a gift of your true values?

When will you grant yourself to never settle for anything less than you deserve?

When will you say yes to your dreams and be the Commander of it and protect it?

When will you grant to seal the deal to live by your sacred truth?

If not now, then when?

The courage to not only believe in yourself but have the skin in the game of life that puts you in a committed position of authority of your own will; and that you would put inspired actions on a day-to-day basis that you burn the boats and take the island with no returning to the way you used to be. But improve on with adjusting and adapting to the new world within you that is unfolding.

You take control of your narrative as you are that courageously powerful being!

If you need private, one-on-one coaching with me on improving your personal growth in life, i.e., communications skills, relationship, career change, going through separation or divorce, anxiety, depression, or stress, message me on one of my social platforms and type “north star.”

I look forward to connecting with your journey as you relearn how to navigate in this vast ocean of grace.

For now, I will leave you with one of my blog posts on how to start having the courage to grant yourself to love you back as you matter to. It starts by writing a love letter to your younger self that will lead you to the healthiest version of yourself: your north star. Visit dear younger me.
