Gorgeous, the time for playing small is over. You are already powerful, but it's time to fully own that power. The world doesn't need more waiting, hiding, or second-guessing; it needs you to lead, speak and make an impact.

A confident woman with red lipstick poses gracefully on a staircase, resting her chin on her hands and gazing directly at the camera.

I attended the Women Changing The World Awards and Summit in early April. The first person that the winners thanked immediately was the Universe.

You know what it means, Gorgeous?

Your spirituality is your anchor to navigate between so many variables, and still live your life to the fullest with authenticity, alignment and gusto!

It's not choosing:

  • Strategy over Flow

  • Intellect over Intuition

  • Negativity over Positivity

It's embracing both aspects.

It's not all rainbows and unicorns, but perseverance and hard work always pay off. And it's even easier when you learn the first steps.

1. Heal and reclaim your power

The first one?

Make peace with your emotional baggage. We all have something to heal. Just remember one thing. All of your insecurities, one way or another, are rooted in patriarchy. You are not damaged, broken, or need to be fixed; you're a woman leader who realises that you can say Adios Amigos to a bunch of myths and live your life with a capital L.

Imposter syndrome? It's a feeling, not your identity. Self-Doubt? Work on your mindset and cultivate A Rockstar Mindset. Personal Brand? Ask yourself these questions: Who do you want to become? How do you want to be perceived?

2. Stop proving, start showing up

The second one?

Stop trying to prove that you're enough. By your existence on this planet, you're worthy. Instead, self-validate yourself in any decision you make and prove that you're worthy by showing up and putting yourself out there.

Instead of listing the pros and cons and letting your intellect decide for you, go to this networking event, say yes to speaking on this podcast or book this call with this coach you like.

Here's what happens when you do:

"Your program gave me the confidence to pursue my lifelong dream of becoming a filmmaker. While enrolled in your program, I wrote, directed, and produced my first short films. I gained the confidence in myself and my abilities to pursue my dream outside of the traditional Hollywood system. Overcoming my visibility blocks allowed me to step outside my comfort zone and enter my films in festivals worldwide. I'm now an award-winning filmmaker who has walked the red carpet and seen my work on the big screen!" — Karen Bryson, Award-Winning Filmmaker

That, Gorgeous, is what visibility done your way looks like. The dream doesn't just become possible it becomes real.

3. Radical honesty is a form of self-respect

The final nugget of wisdom?

Commit to being honest with yourself. You deserve to respect yourself, and how does it start? By being honest with yourself. Listen to the signs and nudges your body and intuition send you. They're fantastic partners who can tell you the truth. Trust them.

If you don't want to go to this party, respect yourself and say no. When you feel like doing yoga instead of running, lean in. When you feel this collaboration is going downhill, speak up and break it.

You don't have to figure out authentic visibility alone, if impact is your goal, but the 'how' feels unclear, let's talk.

It would be a joy to support you!

P.S. You don't need another year of playing small or sitting on your brilliance. If you're ready to lead with guts, grace and the Universe on your side, reach out. The next bold step is simpler than you think.
