It can feel a bit overwhelming when we think about using our intuition to create the life we want. After all, how can we be sure we're making the right decisions? Whether you are just beginning to think about life goals or have already set some aside, it's important that they align with your true desires. You can use intuition to hear your higher self or inner wisdom, as it will reveal how to create a fulfilling life. The good news is that there is no "right" or "wrong" when it comes to following your intuition. The only thing that matters is whether you're moving closer to your purpose-driven goals. Therefore you will want to create a way to track your progress. Read on to see how.

What is intuition, and why is it important?

Intuition is a direct perception and knowledge independent of any reasoning process. In other words, it's a way of gathering understanding outside of emotional experiences and the logical mind.

Intuition is a powerful tool to help you create your ideal life. When following your intuition, you are more likely to make decisions that align with your deepest desires. This is because your intuition is connected to the higher self, which knows what is best for you.

Another benefit of following your intuition is that it can help you to avoid making harmful or destructive choices. If you listen to your intuition, your inner wisdom will steer you away from anything that could potentially be hurtful.

Following your intuition can also lead to opportunities and experiences you would never have otherwise had. When you trust your intuition and allow it to guide you, you open up to a dream life of limitless possibilities.

How to hear and track your intuition to achieve goals.

Since intuition can help us make decisions that align with our goals and values, it's a worthwhile investment to learn this life-changing skill. We are fortunate to have an inner wisdom that knows how to bring us a meaningful and joyful life.

There are many different ways to develop your intuition. Some people find that meditating or spending time in nature helps them to connect with their intuition. Others find that keeping a journal or doing creative activities such as painting, listening to music, or writing allows them to access their intuition easily.

Another way to connect with intuition is to pay attention to your dreams. If you have a strong premonition or a hunch about someone's character in a dream, your intuition is likely trying to tell you something.

Movement such as light exercise is also great for hearing your intuition. Dance and repetitive motions can help draw in your focus while calming the mind and emotions to let your inner wisdom come through.

All these methods have merits, but the most efficient and conscious way to develop and strengthen your intuition is through a modality I designed and teach in my Intuition Builder app. My app offers powerful courses that will instruct you on setting purpose-driven goals and using your intuition to achieve them.

Whatever method you choose to connect with your intuition, the important thing is to test out intuitive knowledge safely and track your progress to ensure movement towards your goals.

One way to track is to keep a journal of intuitive insights. When you have a suspected hunch or intuitive knowing about something, write it down as soon as possible. Your phone can be a great place to store intuitive hits quickly, so you don't forget them.

Looking back on these insights can help you see patterns and develop a stronger sense of how intuition works over time. Be sure to write down goals and regularly compare if your intuitive guidance is assisting with bringing them to fruition. I suggest creating a rating scale that resonates with you and periodically checking if you are moving towards an ideal lifestyle.

The intuitive process of self-discovery doesn't happen overnight, but it's worth every second. When you learn to trust your intuition and allow it to guide you, you will be well on your way to manifesting your deepest desires. The thing to remember is becoming intuitive is experiential learning, so don't wait; start using your intuition today to create the life you truly want.
