Even if you consider yourself a spiritual person, you may not have heard of Meta Spirituality, that’s because it’s a relatively new approach that is currently starting to gain attention among spiritual seekers. New age spirituality, although still popular, has become the old age spirituality, while Meta Spirituality with its bold and revolutionary approach to spirituality is gaining traction and helping many people connect with themselves and create thriving, beautiful lives. The founder of Meta Spirituality and spiritual leader Nina Verkoeyen shares her experience, and how Meta spirituality can transform your life.

Nina’s spiritual journey was propelled forward in her early childhood years. Nina was around eleven years old when her mom arrived home from a spiritual class with a mantra and a desire to meditate. She asked Nina to leave her undisturbed while she was in mediation. Inspired, Nina came up with a mantra for herself and sat down to meditate alone in her room.

During this first mediation, Nina experienced something profound. She was transported to another realm. She suddenly understood what mediation was. When speaking with her mother afterward, her mom shared that her meditation had not been successful. Nina suggested that she use her own mantra instead of the one given to her in class. From an early age, Nina would reach out to internal wisdom rather than external and lay out her own path rather than follow someone else’s.

As she grew up, Nina continued to look for something more, never satisfied with any teacher or mentor. Through this feeling of lack of external support and guidance, Nina began to look even deeper within herself for the answers she couldn’t seem to find outside herself.

Since then, Nina has created dozens of methods for mind transformation. Has helped many people discover that the true teacher is within. The main goal of Nina’s work is to show her students how to become their own inner teachers.

Her journey was not an easy one. Lack and adversity continued to force Nina to turn inward, where eventually, she discovered the main answer she was looking for all her life The Last Truth, as she calls it which has later become a trademark body of work of Meta Spirituality a spiritual tradition that Nina founded.

All the moments that led to that discovery were like little beacons of light guiding her along her path. Even in the moment when we struggle, when we need to heal, and when we come up against obstacles, they are all part of the larger picture. There are never mistakes or things that should not have happened. They are all things, as Nina says, designed by us, for us, to show us what needs to be addressed.

Today, Nina Verkoeyen is a well-known psychologist, international spiritual leader, and the founder of Meta Spirituality, a spiritual tradition that supersedes the old “New Age” spirituality in effectiveness, practicality, speed of results.

For the last six years since her awakening, she has been working on one project: to bring The Last Truth to the world.

Meta Spirituality’s central goal is to make you develop a direct relationship with the creator that is you. Without intermediaries or tools of old spirituality, such as affirmations, channeling, visualization, and belief in higher forces that don’t encourage the realization of The Last Truth. The Last Truth is realizing that you are the Creator and the world is a reflection of you.

Meta spirituality is not a religion. It encompasses all religions and goes beyond that, creating the full picture we’ve never seen before. Meta spirituality is not a psychological practice or a way to force positive thought.

All that meta spirituality asks of you is to let go of illusion to allow truth. It is a path of allowing yourself to be who you are and completely release any illusion around you.

Meta spirituality doesn’t transform the mind, it operates beyond the mind, creating a new identity for you to perceive yourself, those around you, and the world anew. Instead of reaching out to something separate from ourselves, meta spirituality asks that we become the creator. We connect to the teacher within ourselves.

Nina’s Meta Spirituality community of several hundred thousand people all over the world is already a big spiritual movement. Its mission is to affect the consciousness of millions of people and cause collective graduation from living in the partial truth and fragmented knowledge of old spirituality.

Nina's ultimate mission is to show people the universe that is within them, to make as many people realize the world that resides within themselves as possible.

Nina has been teaching spirituality, meditation, and yoga for more than 15 years. She appeared twice on the cover of Yoga Journal (Russia), New Yoga Magazine (USA), has been called a teacher of the month in OM magazine (UK), has presented her methods for mind and body transformation at Yoga Journal Conference (USA), and has been featured in numerous worldwide publications. Nina is the author of 5 books, with her major work “The Last Truth” currently being republished for American audiences.

She is also the creator of the YouTube series “Shots of Truth” short epiphanies that dispel the smoke and mirrors of mainstream spirituality.
