What if your desire was never the problem? Have you ever wondered why, no matter how much you achieve, consume, or even “love,” something always feels missing?

For years, I lived in that question, trapped in the dopamine cycle of hypersexuality, where sexual energy was misunderstood, misused, and ultimately draining my power. The world around me glorified lust, casual encounters, and self-gratification, but it never taught me what it meant to master my energy. I had no idea that my greatest shame was also the key to my greatest freedom.

This article is not just my story; it’s a mirror and a roadmap. It’s an invitation to see your creative energy not as a burden, but as a blessing. To transmute it, harness it, and rise into the life of your highest potential.

Let me take you back to where it all began.

The untamed king: Growing up without a map

As a young man, my body awakened before my consciousness did. I was given a divine tool for creation without any initiation or know-how. I was flooded with a powerful force I didn’t understand, creative sexual energy. I felt it deeply but had no tools, no elders, and no sacred space to guide me. Like so many men, I was left to navigate this force alone.

This confusion led to disconnection, heartbreak, and deep internal conflict. My relationships suffered. I suffered. The energy that had the potential to birth divine creation instead became the root of shame, secrecy, and sorrow.

But something inside me refused to accept that this energy was evil or wrong. I knew it was sacred, I just hadn’t yet remembered how.

The turning point: Raja yoga and uddiyana bandha

My initiation into sovereignty began the moment I discovered Raja Yoga, the “King’s Path” in Hatha Yoga. It was through this ancient way of returning to the visceral and depth of the body's power that I encountered a practice that changed my life forever: Uddiyana Bandha.

At first, it was difficult to grasp how one yogic technique could hold such power. But over time and with relentless discipline, I discovered that this wasn’t just another “breathwork.” It was a mirror. A feedback mechanism that showed me, without judgment, where I was leaking energy, where I was still enslaved to old patterns, and where I was ready to rise. Therefore, becoming a neutral medium through which my awareness was guided to fully experience what resides within my being, psyche, and heart. Very confrontational yet ultimately necessary to integrate deeply my unconsciousness.

Uddiyana Bandha became my teacher, my temple, and my training ground.

From scattered to sovereign: What mastery really means

What if I told you that sexual discipline alone is not enough? That to truly transcend lower patterns, you must transmute?

When I committed fully to this daily practice, not casually, but as an offering to God, everything changed. My inner world harmonized. The chaos within calmed. For the first time in my life, I felt whole.

I stopped chasing love outside of myself because I had found the source within. I stopped projecting my emptiness onto women because I had faced my shadows and retrieved my soul. I began to create with discernment, not from lack or lust, but from clarity, devotion, and inspiration.

This, to me, is kingship.

The path of the king: Anchored in sacred devotion

A true king doesn’t chase. He attracts through alignment. He knows his seed is sacred, his presence is potent, and his energy is best shared with one: his queen.

Even if she hasn’t yet arrived in the flesh, she lives within his field. She is known by his soul. And the king prepares for her, for God, and for his purpose.

The “single man” culture has it backward. What we often call “freedom” is actually enslavement to untamed desire. But the man who masters his energy becomes a beacon of presence. He doesn’t just want intimacy; he embodies it. He lives it.

How sovereignty manifests in real life

After years of consistent practice, devotion, and inner transformation, the external began to reflect my new internal state.

  • I manifested a job rooted in community, creativity, and love.

  • I found deep fulfillment in men’s work, medicine, and mentorship.

  • I co-created the Sublime Initiative, a collective of practitioners and a training ground for men ready to transmute their sexual energy, reclaim sovereignty, and awaken their highest potential through practices like Uddiyana Bandha.
