We were all born happy.

Society's wrongfully illusions make us unhappy. Happiness is not attachment it is an awareness. We can control only things that we are aware of, and only afterwards we can change something.

We end up chasing artificial goals that culture and society tell us are essential (nice car, big house)but what we do not necessarily find meaningful and important.

Understand how you see yourself. That means looking at who you are, what you believe about yourself, and what truly makes you satisfied.

A specific form of self-awareness involves becoming aware of and clear about the things that truly matter to us:

Why am I here?

What am I called to do?

What makes for a fulfilling life that I can be proud of it?

People look for happiness everywhere and comparing themselves with others makes them even more miserable.

We all have to look inside us and recognise that authentic value, the real happiness of our lives.

Values can be simply identified as a thing that is especially important to us, like family, health, security, freedom, and trust.

Defining Your Values:

  • Identify the times when you were happiest

  • Identify the times when you were most proud.

  • Identify the times when you were most satisfied.

We could be all already happy but not aware of it.
