Online – July 22, 2026 – Holistic Life Hub will host Claim Your Calm: Break Free from Stress & Anxiety, a free live online webinar on Wednesday, July 22, from 6:00–7:00 PM CEST, offering participants practical, science-informed strategies to reduce stress, cultivate unshakeable emotional balance, and build lasting inner peace.

The webinar will be led by Georgiana Danet, author, holistic coach, and Brainz Magazine Executive Contributor, who has spent more than three decades helping people transform stress into calm, clarity, resilience, and wellbeing through an integrative approach that combines neuroscience, psychology, spirituality, and holistic yoga.


Unlike traditional stress management programmes that focus primarily on coping mechanisms, Claim Your Calm explores how stress can be addressed at its source. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the root-cause of stress and anxiety while learning simple but efficient practical methods that can be incorporated into everyday life.

Participants will be introduced to the C.U.R.E. Process, a five-step framework that guides individuals through Cause Identification, Understanding, Removing limiting patterns, and Empowerment to create sustainable inner transformation which takes you beyond the root-cause of stress & anxiety.
