Let’s come together knowing that life will throw us curve balls that will make us want to scream a big loud NO! As we remind ourselves that we get to choose how we respond to every challenge and obstacle. We do not have to let our circumstances stop or define our lives. We can redefine how we respond to our challenges. We can find our YES! through all the NOs. We can say YES! to ourselves, our health, and live our lives as fully as possible feeling empowered and inspired!

We can make choices and life decisions that inspire us to make our fight worth it- as we continue to show up through all the ups, downs, twists, and turns. We can create a YES! filled life, filled with moments of challenges as well as triumphs as we hope, cope, and deal with what is to create what could be not only possible but probable.

“My NOs propel me forward to find my YES! My YES! moments keep me going through it all.”

I have found that connecting to your inner fighting spirit, fosters you to keep going and continue to show up through all the ups, downs, twists, and turns by using specific approaches to help you rise up to your life, health, and/or relationship challenges. I have learned, applied, and honed these techniques by rising up to my own health, life, and relationship challenges. These techniques have become foundational in my career as a resiliency coach and motivational speaker; helping others to redefine how they respond to their life, relationship, and health challenges.

Finding my YES! motivates me to respond with: grit, tenacity, perseverance, determination, self-advocacy, and resilience as I practice problem-solving skills to find creative solutions to hope, cope, & deal. It is important to remember that rising up to challenges takes unwavering commitment, dedication, diligence, and so much more. These are challenging times, no matter what difficulties you are up against. I want to let you know that YOU are integral in rising up to your challenge. You are powerful, strong, and courageous. YOU can turn your adversaries into opportunities to rise up!

What is your YES? How is it helping you to show up and LIVE your life as fully as possible no matter what?
