Marc is a highly trained professional coach, a graduate of (IPEC) the institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching. After being badly bullied at school, Marc became involved in a gang full of violence and drugs. Although having enjoyed a great upbringing and from a loving family, he went off the rails. Having moved on from that life, he found himself in a situation one night that would change his life forever. Imprisoned for life for a crime he didn’t commit, he embarked upon an incredible journey of change. Tragically having lost all of his family whilst in prison, Marc found the strength to rebuild his life, secure his freedom, and build an amazing career. He now helps others create the life they desire and become the very best versions of themselves. Currently authoring his first book, his life story, he also coaches one-to-one in groups and does inspiring speaking arrangements motivating others to overcome their own barriers to success. In fact, he was recently invited back to the prison he was in, but this time not as an inmate but as a speaker. His story is unique, tragic, and shocking, but ultimately evidence that with the right mindset and approach to life, you really can achieve absolutely anything!

Marc Singer, Mindset Coach

Who is Marc?

Having tragically lost all his immediate family whilst serving a prison sentence for a crime he hadn’t committed, Marc had to rebuild his life from scratch. Prior to this experience however, Marc came from an extremely close and loving family, where he and his two parents, lived in Bushey, Hertfordshire in the UK.

Alongside no less than twenty-one cats! Coming from a family background in sales, the family leather goods business provided Marc with an expansive knowledge in business. Having also worked in finance and car sales, Marc prides himself on his relationship-building ability. Marc has a great sense of humour and a large group of close friends, who he now calls his family. Hobbies and interests include going to the gym and reading, as well as supporting his local football team, Watford FC. He now lives in Bushey and enjoys a happy and productive lifestyle whereby he has focused predominantly on building his coaching business over the past year or so.

What is it that you do for your clients?

Marc helps challenge his clients to focus on what they really want and helps them break through what it is that is holding them back from manifesting success in their lives. People are tired of doing what they ‘should’ do and desire to experience a fuller life by doing what they ‘choose’ to do. Using the Core Energy Coaching process, iPEC Certified Professional Coaches help them do just that – create and experience a life of their choosing. Working together over several months, Marc partners with clients every step of the way throughout his initial Foundations program.

Helping them to learn how they can remove all barriers to success and show up how they want to in any given circumstance. The results are truly mind-blowing and life-changing.

Who should hire/ work with you?

Marc prefers to work with people who want results, and quick. People who have reached a turning point in their life and are determined to commit to a process which guarantees results. He will challenge you and hold you accountable to do the work necessary to achieve the desired results. Generally working with men and women between the ages of 30-55. Marc also works with groups and businesses. Helping them to increase productivity within the workplace. He does not work with people with problems, only those who want solutions.

What is your big goal? Where do you see yourself in 10 years from now?

Currently in the process of authoring his first book, ‘To Hell and Back… And Then Some’, Marc is now conducting seminars, workshops, and speaking events. In ten years’, time he sees himself as an accomplished author and speaker, with a thriving coaching business. In ten years, he plans to be running a successful business which helps people both individually, and in the workplace, maximise their potential in all areas of their lives. Privately, he sees himself living in his ideal home, married with beautiful kids…and lots of cats!

What are your three areas of expertise?

Having been through an incredibly unique and traumatic set of events, Marc has experienced huge psychological transformation himself. As a result, he has a wealth a personal life experience which enables him to connect with people on all levels of their own transition in life. Marc has a natural talent when it comes to understanding how the mind works and psychoanalysing both himself, and those he encounters. He has an amazing ability to read situations clearly and is always calm under pressure.

Clients of Marc often comment on his ability to instantly put them at ease. Coupled with his down to earth, honest, and direct style, this enables clients to open up and be themselves when working with him. Often clients are put off by the stigma that coaches are fluffy and fake. This is certainly not something anyone could accuse Marc of being. There will be no fake smiles and gestures. Just direct, honest interaction. The fact Marc has lived the life he has also allows clients not to feel judged in any way. This is important when someone comes to him with a difficult past or experiences in which they may feel an uneasiness about opening up to most people.

Fundamentally, Marc’s biggest talent is, and has always been, his ability to get the very best out of people around him. His natural ability to make people laugh, relax, and feel great about themselves, has been something he has had all his life. Coupled now with his extensive coach training and psychological nous, he has the ability to help the people he works with literally create and become the very best versions of themselves. And just like he has done himself, he helps others bring about sustainable and extraordinary results by helping them connect their inner purpose and passion to their outer goals.

What to expect working with me?

When a client commits to working with Marc on a one-to-one basis, they are signing up to a process which, when learnt and practiced, they simply cannot fail to find success, in however they measure success, in all areas of life. Working as a partnership, over a period of several months, initially clients will undergo an attitudinal assessment. This assessment, called an ELI Assessment, is unique to iPEC coaches, and unbelievably accurate in assessing which areas of the client’s life are both working for them, and not. It also helps to educate the client on the unique process used during the Core Energy Coaching process.

Following their ELI debrief session, a client will work with Marc over several months. This process includes nine one-to-one coaching sessions. During which time Marc works with the client to increase their energy in all the core areas of their life. Much of the work is also done in between the coaching sessions, however. Each client receives a Foundations workbook, which they work through together with Marc. This assists them in learning and implementing the new philosophy and way of being, which when practiced brings about amazing results. They will learn how to create a mindset which helps them perform at their very best, optimising the six core areas in their lives: Emotionally, Mentally, Spiritually, Physically, Socially & Environmentally. And ultimately, really start to create and experience a life of their choosing.
