Jessie Rose, Relationship Identity Breakthrough Coach

Introduce yourself – what’s personal about you?

I’ve lived a varied life, one I wouldn’t change for anything and it’s shaped everything I do today.

I grew up surrounded by creativity and an appreciation for beauty. My father was an architect, and my mother a garden and landscape designer with an incredible eye for interiors and what materials and colours work together and what looks good. Both naturally instilled in me a deep love for spaces - buildings, gardens, and environments that feel inspiring. I still find real joy in beautiful places; they ground and energise me. I have a love for perfume too, and heavily scented planting designs, these are my happy things.

My childhood was also quite unconventional despite a conventional upbringing. I grew up being outdoors a lot, muddy wellies, and wet dogs everywhere and a big family. I was lucky to ride polo ponies and learned to ride on a retired Grand National Horse famous for not stopping after the race, I rode him bareback and no hat - of course he didn’t stop, of course I fell off, and was told to work it out for myself. Sounds harsh but it was great. That kind of experience taught me the resilience I have now, early on. There was no room for “I can’t.”

I was incredibly fortunate to have strong, influential grandparents on both sides - one side having lived and been involved through the war - who instilled in me two core beliefs: there is no such thing as “I can’t,” and always be true to yourself. Those principles have shaped every part of my life.

Alongside that, through a lot of personal trauma in life - I’ve developed a strong intuition and a natural ability to understand people - why they feel the way they do and where those patterns come from and what they need. it’s interesting how life comes full circle - I help people achieve what once felt impossible for them.

I’ve lived a life so far that, looking back, feels incredibly intentional - even if at the time it didn’t always appear that way. I’ve worked as an executive assistant to an MP in parliament, to being an assistant to the well-known British music artist Adam Faith, to high-performance sportswear development, to the film industry as a makeup artist - every environment taught me something more about human behaviour, identity, relational awareness and the mental, emotional and physical pressures we live with, and also real transformations in peoples lives. It’s given me a rich experience of life and people - that’s been a necessary part of my journey getting to where I am now. I also feel privileged to have met many fascinating and intelligent people along the way.

What motivated you to establish Jessie Rose Personal Development Ltd and what is the mission behind your company?

I founded Jessie Rose Personal Development Ltd because I saw how many people were living beneath their potential - feeling stuck, disconnected, or quietly unfulfilled but most of all, truly out of alignment suffering symptoms from mental and emotional trauma, that I’ve learnt through my own experiences - is something they can change given the right tools. We don’t need to carry such suffering. There is another way.

I knew, from both personal experience and observation, that transformation isn’t about doing more - it’s about understanding yourself at a deeper, intimate level and shifting from within.

The mission behind my company is to help people reconnect with who they truly are, build unshakable self-belief, and create lives that feel aligned, powerful, and authentic. To heal the unnecessary suffering in the intimate, intertwined relationship between mind-body-emotion. It’s about helping people realise that what they think is impossible often isn’t - it’s something unprocessed and to help them discover deeper levels of human intelligence to transform their lives across; Health and wellbeing, love and relationships, performance and meaningful purpose.

Could you provide an overview of the range of personal development services or programs that Jessie Rose offers?

I offer two experiences of personal development designed to meet people wherever they are in their journey and transform life.

This includes one-to-one coaching, immersive - transformational processes that focus on identity and relational and emotional intelligence, self-leadership and deep healing of the mind-body-emotion connection.

The work goes beyond surface-level development. It’s about rewiring deep rooted internal patterns, creating lasting shifts - not just temporary motivation. Everything I offer is designed to create depth, clarity, and real change across Health and wellbeing, love and relationships, performance and purpose.

How do you ensure that your services cater to the unique needs and goals of your clients?

No two people are the same, so my approach is never generic.

I work intuitively as well as strategically - understanding not just what someone says or what they say they want but what’s really underneath that, the unspoken and unprocessed via the language they use both verbally and physically. I look at deep patterns, behaviours, identity, and relational and emotional drivers to tailor the process to each individual.

Even within structured programs, there’s space for personalisation, reflection, and integration. The work meets people where they are, while also expanding them into what’s truly emotionally, mentally and physically possible, helping them tap into new layers of intelligences where they’re capable of becoming and transforming to their desired goal.

Can you share any success stories or testimonials from clients who have benefited from Jessie Rose's personal development programs?

I’ve worked with clients who have had unresolved health issues for decades, in complete despair, completely stuck affecting all areas of life undesirably and severely, and others unsure of themselves despite their already success, launching businesses, changing careers, and completely transforming health and healing what felt and were told impossible, to finding love or healing broken relationships beyond perceived repair, and healing whole entire families. And elevating performance that had been written off as no hope.

But beyond the external results, the powerful shifts are all, internal.

Clients often say they feel clearer, calmer, and more certain. They trust themselves. They stop second-guessing. They move differently. They’re healthy again, they feel empowered in life, love, and health again, or even feel they’ve experienced a personal miracle.

That internal shift is what creates everything else - and that’s where the real work and changes lie.

What methodologies or approaches do you incorporate into your programs to facilitate personal growth and transformation?

My approach is a blend of deep inner work and practical application. I have The Self Mastery Method, and Innergetics.

I integrate multiple powerful and practical methodologies of NLP, cognitive linguistics, behaviour modelling, the fundamentals of core process psychotherapy, and the power of presence for The Self Mastery Method, and Innergetics (Inner eating) for relationship with food, an intelligent process designed to end weight issues and disordering. Although these sound very different, they are all about relational and physical intelligences. Bringing mind-emotion and body back into alignment. These are integrated, science backed and based approaches that are practical, potent although immediate in their results, they’re long lasting.

Coaching, behavioural understanding, emotional awareness, and identity work. I also bring in a strong intuitive element - being able to see patterns and connections that aren’t always immediately obvious or communicated.

The key is working on both the internal and external simultaneously - shifting beliefs and patterns while also taking aligned core value-based action. That’s what creates sustainable transformation.

In what ways does Jessie Rose Personal Development Ltd differentiate itself from other personal development companies in the market?

The difference lies in the depth, breadth, precision, and integrity of the work.

This isn’t only about immediate results, nor surface-level motivation. It’s about understanding people at a core level and creating real, lasting change and giving it the attention that needs, so no one is stuck with challenging thoughts and emotions - I am available when needed between sessions so nothing gets stuck, or goes back down to stay trapped in the body again. This is so the process remains consistently progressive.

I create an environment where people can be completely honest - without judgement - and where they’re supported to expand beyond their current identity. It’s both grounded and elevated, practical and intuitive. That combination is what makes the work so powerful.

Tell us about your greatest career achievement so far.

My greatest achievement is the impact I’ve had on people’s lives. I don’t say that easily, but I say it from a place of joy for others.

Watching someone move from the impossible, to unlimited human potential and healing across all areas of life - stepping into new ways of being and completely transforming and helping another human, couple or family end suffering, and achieve life miracles - that’s everything. I feel incredibly honoured, and privileged to be a part of that with them.

Building a business that facilitates that kind of transformation is something I feel incredibly privileged to do, and very proud of too.

If you could change one thing about your industry, what would it be and why?

I would shift the industry away from quick-fix only culture and left to your own device kind of courses.

Personal development is often marketed as something fast and immediate the breakthroughs are - but long lasting transformation requires depth, brutal honesty, and consistency with human connection. People need to be taught the tools for life, not read a one-size-fits-all approach to do alone. Real work is deep. It’s the kind where there’s no hiding anymore. That needs to be held by a capable human being.

I believe people deserve work that truly supports them - not just temporarily motivates them. The focus should be on having a personal connection to your coach, to trust to be your emotional awareness while you find your own, which requires assistance between sessions, and again, human connection. I believe that creates the important, long-lasting change that’s needed in this industry.

Tell us about a pivotal moment in your life that brought you to where you are today.

A pivotal moment in my life came in 2005, when I experienced a life-threatening trauma that hospitalised me for months and took me to the very edge of life.

At one point, I was told I had just 24 hours to live and that there was no hope of recovery. I had even agreed to sign papers not to be resuscitated. My body went into complete organ failure - and in those hours that followed, I did let go.

In the moments leading up to that, I was forced through a natural process, which I can only describe as moving through layers of pain, not just physical but every emotional trauma in life, shortly after that, everything external became irrelevant, pain dissolved, what remained was something I describe as an essence of love - a stillness, a complete release. That was almost the last thing I remember.

What I later learnt - after just over a minute, there was a shift.

That shift felt beyond conscious control. Something instinctive took over - an inbuilt survival intelligence within the body and mind, working in a way I still can’t fully explain, but deeply understand. I survived.

Then the daily journey to survive each day, even breath, again began. There was nowhere to go and, nothing to rely on but to respond to something innate within me. I didn’t hear anything else but that. I was forced to - what I now call - come home to myself in the most profound way.

Against all expectations, I made a recovery that couldn’t fully be explained medically. It was deemed a miraculous recovery by my surgeon and consultant.

But what I understood through that experience changed everything.

I realised that the human body and mind are capable of far more than we’re led to believe. That there is an innate intelligence within us - a capacity to heal, to realign, to restore - when we remove what interferes with it. Even, under extreme adversity. It is then we truly find out what we’re capable of, that’s when we truly understand the only meaning of unlimited human potential.

That experience became the foundation of my work, and my now purpose in life.

It led me to formally retrain, to deepen my understanding of human behaviour, identity, and relational dynamics - but more than that, it gave me lived insight that cannot be taught.

Now, the work I do is about guiding others through that same process - helping them come home to themselves, dissolve the patterns that hold them back, and access a level of clarity, human strength, and potential they didn’t realise was available to them.

Because I’ve lived it. And once you experience that level of transformation, you don’t question what’s possible anymore.
