Emma Abalogun Launches 'Leading Under Pressure' – A Workshop That Fixes What Leadership Training Misses

Emma Abalogun, a certified EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360™ practitioner and leadership consultant, today announced the launch of "Leading Under Pressure," a full-day workshop for mid-level managers, now available to book here.

The workshop addresses a gap most leadership development programs overlook. What happens to a leader's behavior in the moment pressure actually hits.

"Pressure doesn't create behavior. It reveals it," said Emma. "Most training builds awareness, but awareness doesn't hold up in the moment a deadline slips or a hard conversation can't be avoided. This workshop gives managers something to actually do in that moment- not just something to understand."

Built on Emma's proprietary RAM-R™ Method (Reflection, Awareness, Management, Repeat), the workshop is designed for managers whose consistency breaks down under real-world pressure, during high-stakes decisions, difficult conversations, or sustained periods of stress. Rather than relying on theory or motivational content, the program is grounded in structured, real-time behavior change, with individual EQ-i 2.0 assessments available as an add-on for smaller groups.

Organizations attending the workshop leave with a practical method for staying clear, consistent, and accountable under pressure, along with the tools to apply it immediately- not after a follow-up training, and not after a retreat.

"Leading Under Pressure" is available now for organizations booking through the end of 2026, with limited dates remaining this quarter. Interested organizations can learn more or schedule a discovery call here.
