Property management is a unique and challenging industry, requiring a deep understanding of market trends, investor needs, tenant relationships, and operational efficiency. What inspires me daily is the opportunity to lead and uplift a team that not only meets but exceeds industry standards. I thrive on problem-solving, streamlining processes, and ensuring our team is always ahead of the curve with the latest technology.
Tell us about your greatest career achievement so far.
Winning Ray White International Property Manager of the Year in 2022 was a pivotal moment in my career. It was a recognition of my commitment to excellence and my drive to create a property management experience that sets new industry benchmarks. However, beyond awards, my greatest achievement is seeing my team grow, develop, and consistently perform at an elite level.
What would you like to achieve for yourself and your business in the future?
I want to expand my impact beyond my office by mentoring and coaching other property management professionals. My goal is to help agencies streamline their processes, implement cutting-edge technology, and create high-performing teams. I want to be recognized as a leader that property managers and business owners can turn to for guidance and coaching, whether to refine their operations or elevate their leadership skills.
