I didn’t think this was possible but I made it happen because I want to see others, you, succeed in your life, leadership and relationships!

This is how I gave recognition of my success for myself and inside my Courage to Lead Tribe when I had the program ready for my 21-day virtual summit.

What happened in the last couple of months was transforming.

I started trusting my vision, created a plan and built the courage to fulfil my vision. So as a result, I got 22 forward-looking leadership and business experts to share their secrets to successful leadership and creating monumental growth, joy and impact in your life without compromising on your life quality and happiness. Now I’m ready to share all the 100+ proven strategies with you starting 7th July!.

How I needed to change my behaviour and thought patterns to succeed was big.

First, I was scared to even contact any of these global thought leaders, awarded consultants, C-level coaches, bestselling authors and well-experienced entrepreneurs. I was struggling with my imposter syndrome. I was asking myself “Why would anyone want to help me, and for free!”.

I had a fixed scarcity mindset which wasn’t letting me pursue my vision. I know this wasn’t helping me. I used a coach and a mentor to get over the limiting belief. So, day by day I started to think about this project from an abundance and growth mindset. I started taking action. Small steps every day.

My mission began to feel bigger than any challenge I needed to overcome. So, I built the courage to connect with these gurus and ask for their help and contribute to my 21-day free virtual summit. Making progress and getting positive responses gave me reassurance of my vision as well as my capability to put this summit together.

After connecting, asking for help felt another challenge.

Why does it feel so difficult? Yet, most people love to help when you ask them. This has happened before and it happened again.

I believe one of the biggest reasons, as one of my speakers noted, is that we need to show others how competent we are, how much we can do and how we survive on our own – basically how strong and tough we are. But actually, to be a good leader, partner or team player, we don’t want to show off but to be interested in the other person. This means being curious about others and asking more questions than telling them what to do.

When I got curious about who these experts could be to help me to fulfil my vision and how they support impact-driven leaders and entrepreneurs to succeed, I felt more comfortable reaching out. Curiosity is a natural skill we often forget to use! It’s so much more powerful than we think. By using curiosity, we can find new perspectives, better solutions, the right questions, you name it…

Surprisingly, one after another wanted to share their knowledge and experiences with me. They also referred to contacting other experts, their friends and business partners, which would have valuable insights to share in this summit.

See how people love helping! Even the busiest consultants and advisors want to collaborate when the vision aligns with theirs.

There it is again – vision. You need a vision for anything you want to accomplish. We’ll share a tool to conduct an effective vision in this training!

I’d also say succeeding is connected to the relationships you have. We also touch on this topic with one speaker who is a global leading authority on business networking, personal branding and relations capital. He advises building professional relationships like friendships – you wouldn’t leave your client behind when times get tough, would you?!

No more playing it small. It's time to go ALL IN in your life, choose powerfully to have and create more in your life and take action to make that impact you want to witness.

It starts by managing your self-talk. Tell yourself you can. You are worth it. You will succeed in whatever you want to accomplish.

Want to steal these 100+ proven secrets to succeed in your life and leadership?

Sign up for my free-to-watch Courage to Lead Summit now! We’ll do the entire summit “100% virtual style” so you can watch each video training on your own time from your sofa or beach chair.

Leaders normally pay a lot to hear and be trained by these experts but now you get to listen and learn their strategies for FREE because they also want to help you succeed! Isn’t that crazy! I think it's quite phenomenal especially because I have interviewed them all!

We start on 7th July!
