You’ve tried all the “manifestation” techniques. You’ve borderline meditated yourself out of this dimension. You’ve set all the right intentions, especially on dates like 2/2, 3/3, and most of all August 8th because the number 8 signifies abundance, right? You really lack abundance. You’ve prayed to every “God” possible, lit infinite candles, and banged more bowls than Mötley Crüe’s Tommy Lee has smashed drum sets since the ’80s. You’ve even OHM’ed your way to countless sore throats. Still, nothing has changed. What you want hasn’t shown up. Your reality hasn’t shifted.

You still feel like absolute shit. You’re farther from peace than ever and feel more defeated than one does as a child who couldn’t seem to behave in ways that would regulate their parent’s emotions.

Well, here’s the good news, homie. You aren’t doing all of those things “wrong.” You’re just doing the wrong things, at least at this point in your journey. You’re doing things that won’t do a damn thing until you do something much more needed first.

You see, it isn’t about what you do, infinite warrior. It’s about who you “Be” or at least who you perceive yourself to be. It’s about what you unconsciously believe you deserve. More specifically, it’s about the vibration and subsequent frequency you’re residing in and embodying.

It’s not about “manifestation.” Everything you could ever want is already in existence somewhere “out there.” You’re not screwing up the spiritual process. You’re simply not in vibrational alignment with what is meant for your Soul because there are still unconscious programs running in the deep background of your consciousness that are telling you otherwise.

It’s that programming. It’s those beliefs that are deciding your vibration and the frequency you’re residing in and, therefore, the vibration and frequency of the realities you’re aligning with.

You’re simply not embodying the vibrational version of yourself that is necessary in order to align with the frequency of the highest reality your Soul inevitably incarnated to experience. You will, I assure you. It’s just that you need to let go of the old in order to fully welcome in the new, so to speak.

So to hell with “manifestation” for now. I mean, until you know who you are and actively live it, how could you ever know what you truly want, never mind receive it? Relinquish the need to “manifest,” at least until you remove the low vibrational thought patterns and false belief systems that are only unconsciously running you into repetitive low vibrational experiences.

It’s not about “manifestation.” It never really was, and it never really will be. It’s not about setting intentions about what you want in the future with such veracity that you forget to wipe your own subconscious ass clean in the present.

It’s about alignment, which is dictated by and based on one simple yet all-important factor: what you fundamentally believe you deserve on an unconscious level.

If you want what you actually deserve, you must remove what’s standing between you and what you deserve, which is always unconscious belief structures stemming from past experiences that treated you as if you weren’t worthy of the good you innately deserve. It’s the programmed belief that you weren’t “enough,” that you weren’t important enough to be heard, seen, or understood, that is ruling your “manifestation” game.

Once you stop playing the unconscious “not enough” game, the game changes. If there’s consciousness in you that believes you aren’t enough, how can you align with the more than enough that you truly deserve?

Think about that. More specifically and impactfully, tap into what your unconscious mind is thinking. Tap into the painful experiences that created those beliefs.

Deal with that pain by acknowledging its origin. Recall where those thoughts came from. Realize those thoughts came from someone or something outside of you and were, therefore, never yours in the first place.

Then feel the fuck out of the pain those experiences and subsequent thoughts created and continue to create, even if you’ve buried them so deep you didn’t realize they were still there, dormant, sabotaging your human experience.

Express it. Release it. Purge it. Carnally. Authentically. Preferably onto paper, as when we do so, we literally transmute that trauma energy onto the piece of paper we spew it upon.

Then burn it or tear that paper up, giving the negative aspects of the experiences you’ve endured back to “God,” “Source,” “Creator,” or “The Universe.” Call it what you may. It’s all the same damn thing. Whatever you choose to call It, It knows what to do with those outdated beliefs that are no longer serving you, I assure you.

Your job is to be done with them and to walk forward with the self-loving experience of validating and liberating your own damn self.

Lastly, tell those thoughts how full of shit they are and replace them with the truth. That truth being, you are now, always have been, and always will be worthy of your greatest good, simply because you exist.

From there, as those thoughts continue to come up for a time simply because they’re familiar and used to doing so, call them out as the manipulating saboteurs that they are and replace them with the truth, over and over and over, until it becomes your reality because it is reality.

You being worthy of your highest and best life is the only truth. It is the only true reality. Period. But it can’t be that simple, right? Yes. Yes, it can be.

Easy? No. Simple? Yes. The devil is in the details, as they say, but the truth itself is simple. You’ve always been worthy of your highest good. Always. All ways.
