Affirmations are uber-powerful when using in the correct fashion and a great tool to uplift your day. The reason behind this? As they are expressed habitually by hearing, saying, and writing, any powerful affirmation will allow the manifestation of your desires in the brain as you’re reprogrammed into believing these affirmations.

Our belief systems are filters of what is to become – our reality. What you think, you will become, and this has been proven many times over. They do work according to scientific evidence that confirms that self-affirmation will reduce tension, mental strain and maintain balance when under adverse pressure. To what degree have you unintentionally sabotaged yourself with negative beliefs or crippling emotions of self-reproach and indignity? Very often, most of us wrestle with continual negative belief patterns that chip away at our confidence, viewpoint, frame of mind, and self-worth.


Affirmations are daily positive declarations replicated, giving rise to an expected encouraging outcome. The repetitious exposure impacts and stimulates the innermost part of the brain into forward-looking results, making it possible to transform your internal state.


Affirmations tend to recount a particular set of positive proclamations directed toward promoting almost immediate shifts with self-belief and self-love whilst crushing your stress and insecurities to the curb.


A well-needed ingredient for success in life has an excellent self-image seasoned with self-worth and a strong presence of confidence.


Affirmations are short, powerful positive statements that allow you to align consciously to be in charge of your thoughts and actions. Affirmations are creatively constructed to have the most profound transformation as they have proven to shape your reality.


When spoken with persuasion, affirmations alter your beliefs, behavior, and emotions in creating a dynamic situation that will propel you into your achievements and greatness. Words are extremely powerful that not only influence how you communicate but have the potential to reshape your psychological state on a new level of consciousness.


Affirmations can be used in situations where one would like to experience positive changes in their life. From taking control of negative emotions to improving your self-esteem or ridding yourself of bad habits – affirmations are a great pattern to have crafted in your daily routine. It is also suggested that affirmations help to buffer depression whilst improving your tenacity towards your physical strength.


Most are feeling the pinch of mental issues due to this year’s unforeseen challenges and uncertainty. We are well aware that life is unpredictable, and maintaining a sense of control is paramount.


Routinely reciting affirmations are cultivated with a sense of control of the mind which will grip any challenge life can throw at you. It can be challenging to be positive, full of energy, and calm when dealing with anxiety, fear, and unpredictability.

You have certainly affirmed yourself without even taking note by being effectual with phrases of:

  • “I do have what it takes to make my next move.”

  • “I believe in myself to succeed at all my endeavors each day.”

Positive affirmations fall into a traditional practice by those who needed a bit more boost for their daily inspiration to live life fully and make the most of their time and day. These powerful words of affirmation can be recited out loudly, be written in your journal, or sticky cards for quick encouragement on the go for a pep up.


At first, they can seem skeptical with the idea of affirming oneself and becoming overly self-indulgent, then it dawned on me how much of a welcoming and promising impact it had on my mindset.


Affirmations do work as they have the ability to reprogramme your brain, giving credence to persistent expression and perception. It's no secret that on a regular we unconsciously vocalize negative connotations to ourselves about various circumstances in our lives that result in revolting occurrences.


Affirmations will strengthen your self-esteem by uplifting your opinion of yourself and confidence as a cushion to dealing with any ill feelings from stress, anxiety, and self-doubt. They tend to frame and maintain behavioral patterns and mental well-being similar to gym workouts, and constantly repeating affirmations engage and build up the positivity muscle within the brain that can instantaneously adapt to how you’re feeling. You do not have to control your thoughts. You have to stop letting them control you.


Simply put, affirmations are positive declarations that help you challenge negative thoughts, blocks, and stories that hold you back. Starting your day with some morning mantras with positive affirmations might feel a bit strange at the get-go. With continuous practice, you will realize affirmations are not only a game-changer and gratifying but a necessary part of your way of reasoning to have more meaning and power for you.


Allowing powerful affirmations sets the tone for the day emphasizing behaviors and outcomes as an active roadmap for your thinking pattern.


Ultimately, affirmations are a medium to harness tension and nervousness, which can help you on the journey to navigate negative thinking and become more astute in reaching your goals:

  13. I am in charge of my emotions, and I choose peace.

  14. I have what I need to accomplish my daily tasks.

  15. I am consistent in all that I do.

  16. I have an excellent immune system.

  17. I know that there is always tomorrow to be better.

  18. Today, I choose myself with an outburst of love.

  19. I know how to make great decisions to my benefit.

  20. Today I am full of awesome ideas and thoughts.

  21. I attract happiness and joy into my life.
