Corporate training is a crucial component of one’s employee work lifecycle. As much as it is for the company, it is a modality for personal growth, engagement and feeling valued.

Multiracial group of businesspeople listening to a speaker.

However, many organizations continue offering and delivering the same old mechanism. One size fit all. Might be in form of online, self-paced or workshops. This might work for some of the employees but not all.

The question here is: how much of the learning is retained and adopted?

It is a waste of time and energy to invest in learnings that are not fit for purpose.

Specifically in the ear of AI, whereby highly personalized trainings can be created, curated, and adopted.

Whereas, you might have the framework and initial learning outcome, using Ai in your favour will give you the data that you need to see what is needed for that employee in a more personalized way is.

With specific questions, AI can recommend different modalities, different wordings or even content customized.

Why is that important?

When training is relevant to the employee, relevant to their profession, their responsibility, and their interests to grow, the more you will see that the workforce will engage. It is simple. The employee will feel understood, will feel supported, will feel valued and that will create a sense of belonging and commitment in a natural way.

Another aspect is: Humans do have different skills and strengths and with being more specific skill gaps can be identified, trained on more opportunities will emerge for the employee.

This will boost efficiency and productivity as well in the organization.

The most important is to stay up to date with technology. This tailored approach ensures that training is relevant and effective in equipping employees with the skills needed to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

And it creates a positive work environment. Inclusive, diverse and it provides equity for all humans in the way they learn, they collaborate, they work together.

And for the organization?

Organizations that embrace personalized training are better positioned to respond to market changes and industry demands. By continually developing a skilled and adaptable workforce, these companies maintain a competitive advantage, staying ahead of trends and innovations.

In conclusion, tailor made trainings, workshops are not a luxury, they are a necessity for open minded and forward-thinking companies.

A necessity to retain your workforce, specifically the new generation who is looking for innovation, creativity, and flexibility.

As InnKick, we provide experiential and tailor-made workshops, according to the needs of the humans and the organizations.
