Building A Growth Mindset (Optimise Your Growth Journey)

These are questions I regularly hear in my coaching and mentoring work. So, I decided to bring together some of the world’s leading thought leaders and teamed up with global platform www.trainedin.ie to offer an exciting new high impact, interactive program in 2022.

“Building a Growth Mindset (Optimise your Growth Journey)” will help to maximise the participant’s personal and professional growth journey (helping them to close the gap on their potential and their opportunities) with practical, interactive guidance from some of the world’s leading thought leaders on alignment, awareness, optimising authentic self and resilient growth mindset.


“The attendee will gain clarity over their personal & professional journey in terms of mapping their potential and aligning it with appropriate opportunities by optimising their awareness awareness helps leaders fulfil their authentic potential and organisations to achieve their aligned purpose”.


Dave Ulrich Father of Modern HR will open the program with his discussion of “The importance of the program for personal and professional leadership in a VUCA world”.

Session 1 will focus on “Building your Resilient Growth Mindset” with Eduardo Briceno, world leading expert on Growth Mindset. Participants will come to:

  • Understand what a growth mindset and fixed mindset are, how they affect us psychologically, and why a growth mindset is important to leadership and culture in a complex and fast-changing world.

  • Distinguish performance and improvement behaviours and structures (“Learning Zone” and “Performance Zone”) and their roles in execution, continuous improvement, and innovation, as well as key necessary workplace conditions and implications for leaders.

  • Begin reflecting on ways to take action, such as by considering how we frame what we do for ourselves and others, cultivating systems and habits for learning, and role modelling learning behaviours.


There will also be work focused on Resilience & Capacity to Cope and Motivation and Grit.


Session 2 will focus on “Optimising your Awareness & Gratitude” with Dr Susie Mitchell High Performance Strategist, Mentor, Keynote speaker, Author and Trainer for Tony Robbins at RR International. Participant will explore:

  • EI empathy, awareness, alignment, authentic self.

  • Mindset & mindfulness.

  • Personal vision what and who you want to be.

  • Strengths and capabilities.


Session 3 will focus on “Maximising your Authentic Self & Projecting it Out” with Brian Schulmann - CEO of Voice Your Vibe & Linkedin Top Voice. Participants will explore:

  • Navigating confrontation and conflict.

  • Self-regulation and focus.

  • Embracing the future and uncertainty.

  • Inclusive mindset.


Session 4 will cover “Aligning your Resilience, Awareness & Authentic Self to Optimise your Growth Journey” with Hortense Le Gentil world no.13 management thought leader and author of “Aligned”. Participants will cover:


  • Overcoming limiting beliefs

  • Taking responsibility

  • Balancing optimism with realism

  • Bringing it all together to roadmap your potential
