Grand dame of motoring, Bentley, has unveiled something very far from a car. The company has created a bespoke surfboard, working with British brand Otter Surfboards and surf and wellness retreat, Marnie Rays.

In the same workshop where the company makes its interiors for its “grand tourers”, the team instead turned their attention to crafting the board from Koa veneer, ethically sourced from Hawaii.
According to Hype Beast, the companies have created a film documenting the journey to create the board, which has now been tested in the waters off the coast of Cornwall in the South West of England. “The surfboard is etched with the logos of all three collaborators and will debut at Marnie Rays’ VIP surf retreat in Cornwall,” says HypeBeast.
The surfboard will now be auctioned to raise money for a charity called Surfability UK, which works to make surfing accessible for individuals with physical injuries, disabilities or learning differences.
