Ayomide D’Great Secures Poetry Award Nomination in London at the 2026 Wordplay Awards

Following a successful performance and international appearance spree, Ayomide Inufin, who’s professionally known as Ayomide D’Great, has been nominated for the Wordplay Awards set to be held at The Hearth, London, United Kingdom.

The award body and organisers made an announcement via their social media platforms, unveiling the nominated acts, with Ayomide among the nominees.
Ayomide D’Great has been nominated for Best Poetry Performance with his autobiographical masterpiece titled “I Am Ayomide D’Great.”
The winner of this category, including every other nominated category, will be determined by public votes, and the award ceremony will be held on Sunday, the 11th of October, 2026, at The Hearth in London, England.
Previously, late last year, Ayomide D’Great won the Best Spoken Word Newcomer Award with the same awarding body, making this his second consecutive nomination for a prestigious award.
