Andy Hall Coaching Expands US Presence to Transform Everyday Leadership

Palm Beach Gardens, Florida – November 2026. Andy Hall Coaching, an established leadership development and executive coaching business founded in the United Kingdom in 2013, is expanding its presence across the United States following founder Andy Hall's relocation to Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, earlier this year.

Building on more than 30 years of leadership and coaching experience across the UK and US, Andy and his team are focused on helping US organizations address persistent challenges surrounding employee retention, engagement and performance by changing how managers lead their people every day.

At the heart of this expansion is Leader As A Coach (LAAC), AHC’s leadership development program designed to help managers move away from traditional command and control habits toward a coaching approach that builds trust, ownership, accountability and greater independence within teams.

Its structured approach combines facilitated learning, practical application, peer coaching and ongoing accountability to help leaders embed new behaviours within their everyday working relationships.
