Most people I know want to step into their true power. But what does it truly mean to live your life from an empowered place?

Being devoted to this path for many years and helping others align with their highest path.

I have found there are 3 essential keys to stepping into your true power

1. Be-friend the challenges life brings

You step into your true power when you fully embrace your life challenges, lessons, and the discomfort of personal growth.

The most powerful breakthroughs and expansions happen when it feels like you are failing, things are falling apart, and you are pushed to your edges.

How you respond to those moments will define what appears next in your life.

When you start responding to life as a victor and co-creator rather than a victim, everything changes.

By the way, responding to life as a victor doesn’t mean you deny what you feel. Quite the opposite, allow yourself to feel everything that arises – anger, disappointment, frustration, sadness. Embracing uncomfortable moments is a big part of a journey.

Whether you want it or not, life will continue pushing you to evolve into a more loving, authentic, empowered, and liberated version of yourself.

If you want to step into your true power, turn towards your life’s curriculum rather than away from it.

2. Embrace the unknown

To be empowered doesn’t mean to know the answer. Being Empty is very powerful.

If you feel anxious or feel like you don’t know anything, you’re seated in the void, which is the infinite knowingness. It’s too much for your rational mind, so it thinks you don’t know anything at all.

But if you release the tension of not knowing, let this feeling rise and open your heart, that knowing can rise through your body and develop into answers and solutions.

Sitting in the place of the unknown can be deeply uncomfortable, I get it. Our ordinary rational mind wants to know the answers and control everything all the time.

My advice is always to practice bringing awareness to your body instead of getting stuck in the rational mind, ground to the centre of the Earth, and fully arrive into the present moment.

When you embrace the unknown, you create space for the miraculous to flow into your life.

3. Master the skill of discernment

When it comes to personal growth & transformation, there is no one-size-fits-all solution.

Discerning what you need and what will serve you the most right now is the key to stepping into your true power.

Is it slowing down, gentleness and soft approach, or activating and channelling your fire energy into your projects and creations?

Do you need to let go and surrender or push through and take a big action?

Are you in the period of void and gathering life-force energy or you’re called to step forward and be seen in a bigger way?

It’s important to tap into the gut knowing rather than think into it with your rational mind.

If it speaks to your heart and soul, I have a couple of spots available in 2024 for my 1:1 Mentorship program ‘’Align with your Highest path ‘’.

I serve as a clear mirror for my clients and see what layers in someone's mind body soul are blocking creating the desired reality in the most important areas of their lives and how to shift it.
