March signals the time to pause, reflect, assess and evaluate your progress for the first quarter of 2022. Your time is valuable. Time does not wait for anyone. Time will allow you to squander and waste it. You waste and squander it by giving in to distractions and being dissuaded resulting in your not moving forward. By giving distractions power, you will look back over 2022 with regrets. Do not have regrets in 2022.

Time is free, but it’s priceless. You can’t own it, but you can use it. You can’t keep it, but you can spend it. Once you’ve lost it you can never get it back. -Harvey Mackay

Take time this month to review, reflect and evaluate your progression. You are accountable to yourself and those on your team to stay on point. Staying on point in moving forward in achieving and realizing your vision. Bringing your vision to life. It requires that you be dedicated and committed to being persistent and consistent.

Small consistent actions over time will yield the results that you are seeking to achieve. -H.S. Jackson

In the fourth quarter of 2021, you identified and set goals for 2022. You must evaluate your progress. As you review your progress, you will determine the corrections and adjustments that need to be implemented. You can remain on target to not only meet but exceed the targets you have set.

I provide you with a twelve-point checklist to assist you in conducting an assessment of the first quarter of 2022.

  1. Review your goals

  2. Review strategies and plans

  3. Identify the milestones that have been met

  4. Determine what habits have been developed

  5. Take an inventory of resources and assets, determine and identify any deficiencies

  6. Conduct a temperature and wellness check of your team

  7. Solicit input from team members

  8. Obtain feedback from those in your circle

  9. Evaluate and incorporate the input and feedback

  10. Adjust goals as necessary

  11. Adjust and adapt plans along with implementing strategies

  12. Set new milestones

Keep pressing forward…

The first quarter for 2022 is coming to an end. You have three more quarters in this year to meet your targets. You have time that must be used effectively and efficiently. Do not squander or waste time thinking that this year is just in the beginning stages. Do not believe the fallacy that there is plenty of time for you to begin. The first quarter is where you begin. The ground work has been laid. The seeds have been planted. A harvest will be yielded. A harvest that will be plentiful. It will be rewarding and invigorating. I believe in you and what you will accomplish in 2022.

Wisely use your time to assess and evaluate the results of your first quarter of 2022 using the twelve-point checklist. You owe it to yourself to stay on course and meet your targets.
