Zaina Kourki believes culture shapes the way people connect, the way organizations work, and the way communities grow. That belief led her to found Zein Zone, a consultancy helping organizations and creative communities in the Middle East navigate culture through communication, partnerships, and engagement that foster shared value.

Over the past two decades, she has worked in strategic communications and cultural management across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific, from government entities and global organizations to cultural institutions and community initiatives. Based in the UAE, she has led award‑winning campaigns recognized by the Middle East Public Relations Association (MEPRA) for their innovation and thought leadership.

Throughout her career, she witnessed the role culture plays across different environments. In creative communities, she saw culture expressed through art, identity, and human stories. In organizations, she saw culture shape communication, collaboration, and how people engage. While these worlds often operate separately, she realized that culture is the common thread that gives both meaning, relevance, and impact.
