Yelena Prosvirnova brings a rare integration of academic training, professional experience, and lived insight to her work in neuro-relational development. Trained as a speech-language pathologist and special educator, she holds extensive knowledge in child development, cognition, language acquisition, and the neurological foundations of communication. Her early career within the U.S. school system placed her in close work with children experiencing developmental delays, learning differences, and early presentations of neurodivergence — often approached through diagnostic frameworks that addressed symptoms without fully explaining the child.

Over time, Yelena began to sense a widening gap between clinical understanding and lived reality. That gap became deeply personal through her journey as a mother to a highly sensitive daughter, later diagnosed with ADHD in late adolescence. Despite intelligence, creativity, and emotional depth, her daughter struggled within systems not designed for her nervous system — revealing how chronic misattunement, even in loving homes, can quietly shape identity, resilience, and self-trust.

Today, Yelena is a mindful life coach specializing in neuro-relational attunement and parental consciousness. She works with families raising highly sensitive and neurodivergent children, helping them understand how relational environments influence nervous system development, emotional regulation, and long-term wellbeing. Through her writing and practice, she bridges neuroscience, developmental psychology, and lived experience to bring clarity where there was confusion — guiding families beyond coping toward coherence, empowerment, and the capacity to thrive as they are.
