Yaryna Carpenter is a PCC ICF Executive, Leadership and Team Coach working with leaders and teams in high-trust, reputation-sensitive environments. She helps clients strengthen clarity, communication, cultural intelligence, and better judgment as they grow, scale, and expand globally.

With over 20 years of international experience across coaching, leadership development, organisational learning, cross-cultural communication, and quality standards, Yaryna brings a structured and deeply human approach to her work. Having worked across the UK, Europe, and Asia, she understands how leadership behaviours, communication styles, and team dynamics shift across cultures — and where they often break down under pressure.

Yaryna supports leaders, founders, entrepreneurs, and teams navigating growth, transition, international expansion, and high-stakes decisions. Her work helps clients move from reactive decision-making to more conscious, strategic leadership by strengthening self-awareness, alignment, trust, communication, and the quality of conversations that shape performance.

As a team coach, Yaryna works with leadership, sales, and client-facing teams to improve trust, alignment, decision-making, communication, and collective performance. Her approach combines coaching with research-informed diagnostic tools, including AgileBrain and certified Psychonomics tools such as 360°, GEDI, and TAWDI, making the work more focused, practical, and connected to measurable development.

Yaryna is also exploring AI as a supportive tool in coaching, reflection, leadership development, and team learning, while keeping human interaction, ethics, confidentiality, trust, and meaningful dialogue at the centre of her work.
Her executive coaching work includes Ukrainian leaders across government and business, where clarity, resilience, discretion, and responsible decision-making are essential. She also mentors Ukrainian entrepreneurs and supports business leaders navigating uncertainty, growth, and international integration.
