Vicky Reeves

Internal Family Systems Coach

Vicky Reeves is an Internal Family Systems coach and writer focused on changing our relationship to the self. Through inner contact, her work helps people move from inner conflict to coherence — meeting the parts they have judged or exiled with enough compassion that clarity, confidence, and hidden strengths can return.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and has professional training in Internal Family Systems, Core Energy Coaching, and Compassionate Inquiry, Gabor Maté’s somatic approach to trauma healing. She weaves these modalities with contemplative practice, embodiment, and the healing intelligence of nature. Her understanding of this work has also been shaped by navigating her own experience of burnout and a long inner war with herself. She is currently pursuing graduate studies in herbal medicine while continuing to learn from the living world and spiritual traditions. A decade of work in organic food and agriculture — connecting people to one another and to the living systems that sustain us — helped shape her belief that healing is not only an inner event, but a return to connection and belonging.

Vicky coaches on self-relationship, emotional resilience, and the practical art of coming home to yourself. She lives in Wisconsin, where motherhood, the land, and a dedication to making inner change usable in daily life inform her work.
