Vicky Murgatroyd is an Emotional Safety Educator and Relationship Specialist dedicated to teaching emotional safety as a foundational human skill. With over 15 years of experience working with trauma-informed relational patterns, she specialises in helping people break recurring conflict cycles and build secure, fulfilling connection. 

Throughout her career, Vicky has worked extensively with over 4000 clients, navigating attachment dynamics, reactivity, and unresolved relational trauma. Her work integrates emotional regulation, deep subconscious change-work, trigger awareness, and practical conflict frameworks to help people move from survival-based responses into conscious, secure connection. 

Vicky believes that most conflict is not a communication problem, but a safety problem. By using intimate relationships as the most activated arena for growth, she helps people change the unconscious patterns shaping their behaviour and equips them with tools to rebuild connection from a place of clarity and regulation. 

Her mission is to normalise emotional safety as an essential life skill; one that strengthens relationships, restores personal agency, and creates meaningful, secure connection.
