Founder of Co5mosis & Creator of Liberated Soul Activation

Vanessa the Healer is a Shamanic Healer & Spiritual Life Coach specializing in the subtle energy body – the layer of energy, emotion, and pattern that shapes how life shows up in the physical.

She has led group healing classes since 2018 and has served over 1,000 people through workshops, group work, and private 1:1 sessions. She is the creator of Liberated Soul Activation, her signature course, and founder of co5mosis.

Her personal training path began in 2015, when she was first attuned to Reiki (now a Certified Reiki Master, 11 years). In 2023, she began formal training in Andean (Q'ero and Inka) shamanic healing – a practitioner-track program covering chakra-based energy work, entity and solid extraction, illumination, and soul retrieval. She holds Level 1 certification in this tradition and is currently completing her Level 2 certification, with direct study and initiation experience in Peru. That same year, an initiation into Kundalini Activation in Ecuador marked a turning point in her shamanic work, deepening it substantially; a further initiation in Greece followed in 2025. In September 2026, she begins a shamanic teacher training program to teach the foundations of shamanism. She trains within a lineage connected to Andean Q'ero teachers and the broader Four Winds tradition, and continues to treat her own development as ongoing rather than a credential to be finished and filed away.

In her sessions, coaching and energy work aren't separate offerings. She brings both into every appointment, working with what a client can name in conversation and what's held in the energy field alongside it. Her approach rests on a belief she applies to her own life as much as her clients': real change is built through steady, repeatable practice, not one breakthrough session. She holds space for clients working through chronic stress, energetic depletion, and major life transitions – the kind of change that takes commitment over time.

Vanessa continues to deepen her training and her practice, and welcomes new clients ready to do the same kind of steady work in their own lives.
