For more than twenty years, I have dedicated my life to coaching and mentoring athletes, coaches, and parents, helping them sharpen their physical skills and develop the mental skills and resilience needed to thrive in sports and life. My journey began in the world of competitive swimming, where I worked with athletes at every level. But I always knew that success in sports is about more than just training and talent—it's about mindset, confidence, and the ability to unlock one's true potential.

This inspired the creation of Complete Athlete, a mental performance coaching program designed to help athletes and ambitious high-performance individuals break through their self-imposed limitations. I believe that everyone already has everything they need to achieve their biggest dreams; sometimes, they just need the right tools and guidance to uncover their full potential. Through our programs, we help individuals and teams discover their Flow State, develop clear goals and confidence, and step into their true power.
